Chapter 23: [Encounter With Joana's Aegis and Arthur's Excalibur]
[Buckingham Palace, England, London]
Currently the Queen was looking at the device that played the event that happened late in the battle, what she saw stunned her
She saw a person with golden Mana suddenly came down from one of the buildings and dropped right between the chaos breakers and the chaos beings
The fight was quite eye catching and amazing at that but the thing that caught her attention was the reaction of the chimera and the surrounding chaos beings when they encountered this person
"They twitched! No they were shaken perhaps" thought the Queen
As she saw this kind of reaction she thought that maybe they will have a chance of survival after all, when she looked at Kanzaki she was astonished to see the difference that the person with the golden Mana was the same person that was standing in front of her
"This is the same guy?... Impossible they both have different vibe and aura by just a single glance" thought Queen Elizabeth III as she stared at Kanzaki
Receiving this stare Kanzaki felt a little sour for having this much attention, as everything became silent the Queen spoke up
"You! Young lad! Can you easily do this? Can you use that kind of power like it was part of your limbs?" Asks the Queen
Hearing this Kanzaki decided to answer honestly
"Unfortunately I still haven't grasp the feeling yet!... It's like I can see the power right infront of me but yet so far away!" Answered Kanzaki
As he said that Alex cuts in
"This guy right here... According to the report given to me by my secretary that ever since that day he haven't taken any mission in order for him to train his body so that he can use that power on his free will" said Head-General Alex
"I see!... Well it can't be helped!" Said the Queen seemingly that the realized that the transformation just occured in a heat of the moment
After taking a sip on her tea she spoke
"Well with this we know that at least we will have a chance of winning this war" she said
"Your right! Your majesty but we must also assume that the enemy will be wary of this power since we have shown it earlier than expected... If only we have known" said Head-General Alex
"No use putting in so much more of a thought in it... Else I shouldn't delay your schedule a little longer cause I know your organization is quite busy in preparation to counter this terrorist act right?!!!" Assume Queen Elizabeth III
"Yes! Your right! Then I will lead my side to the chaos breakers located here in England yes?" Said Head-General Alex as he eyes the Queen
With the Head-General hidden intention leaking out the Queen chuckled and said
"It can't be helped if the enemy became wary of our actions since a big shot from an organization is here so in response to that why not use the subway station!.... It will lead you directly to one of the entrances of the chaos breakers underground Head-Quarters" said the Queen
As he received the permission Alex ordered sanaguchi and his group to follow the knight to lead them to the underground Head-Quarters, as they entered a passage leading to the subway, the Queen approached Head-General Alex
"You know! You should change the way you use signals right? After all some people might misunderstood of you hitting on me right? After all I'm still unmarried and I'm quite attractive so people might think so otherwise for your words and actions" said the Queen
As she said this Alex replied
"You may be beautiful Queen but my heart only belongs to my supposed to be wife and our unborn child" said Alex as he grimaced about his past
Remembering his story the Queen immediately felt shame on her earlier statement
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry for teasing you! I know it must have hurt! But we can only look forward to what the future holds" apologized the Queen
"No don't worry I'm fine! Soon I will be able to avenge them! After that I would meet them! Soon!" Said Head-General Alex Ashe entered the passage
[Subway, England, London]
As the group walked along the pathway they begun to talked about the conversation that transpired in the meeting
"Wow! That guy has a lot of charisma!" Exclaimed Jinwoo
"I know right! I thought I was gonna give me in when those two big shots were speaking right infront of us!" Said Jessica
"There's no doubt about that! What about you Ai? What do you think?" Asked Jinwoo as he glance at Ai
"The thing I can only say is woah!" Replied Ai
"I think he's amazing!" Said Isabelle
"Ah I see you've been taken by that charisma" teased Jessica
"It's not like that! To me he's more like a teacher of sorts!" Retort Isabelle
"That may be true but... To think that such a guy has a grim past" said Jinwoo
"Grim past? To such a guy?" Said Isabelle clearly shocked
"Oh! You don't know his story?" Asks Jinwoo
"Not quite" replied Isabelle
"I see then in that case we'll tell you" said Jessica
As the girls told Isabelle the Head-General background story Kanzaki thought to himself
"A grim past huh! Mostly all of the members in chaos breakers has either a past experience or a grim past" he thought to himself
As he thought this Ryuuji just kept silent while walking and Sanaguchi was giving them a wru smile
As they arrived in front of a wall the Head-General Alex stepped up infront of them and dialed a certain number on his pad
As he did that a door opened up leading to the underground base, when it opened the group with the Head-General entered the vicinity while the knights guarding and leading the group returned to the Queen
As the group walked further down a iron sliding door opened up revealing the inside of the underground base, when the group got out of the passage a certain group of users approached them
"Head-General sir! Welcome to London's chaos breakers underground Head-Quarters sir!" Saluted by a female user as she stood straight infront of the Head-General Alex
"Good! I want you to guide this group to this base facilities to familiarize themselves here! While I myself will go to the chief of this base" said Alex
Hearing that order the female user glanced at the group and asked
"Are they perhaps the reinforcements sir!?"
"Yes they are and I selected them so better give them at least respect" said Head-General Alex as he left the group and headed straight to the command center
When the group was left behind with the England's user group Ai whispered
"Awkward!"
When the Head-General Alex was nowhere to be seen the England user group released their breath and greeted the Grandora's user group
"Well that was something! By the way nice to meet you I'm Joana the team leader for this group" she said

"Well I'm Sanaguchi and starting from the right to the left we have Jinwoo, Ryuuji, Jessica, Ai, Kanzaki, and Isabelle" said Sanaguchi
As soon Sanaguchi finished introducing them Jinwoo stepped up
"Nice to meet you! By the way the red haired guy over there I our team captain"
"I see! He does have an imposing aura" replied Joana
"Since your all here then let's immediately guide you to the different places here in the base" added Arthur
After he said that the group followed the Joana's group while Sanaguchi stayed behind to report to the head chief of the base
As the group made their way through each facility in this underground base they found out that some facilities here are quite similar to Grandora's Sub-Headquarters but also there are some facilities that these base have that the Grandora's Sub-Headquarters doesn't have
After the tour that Joana's group gave to the polar group she offered them to join them in their meal, since the polar dormitory's girls got along well with Joana they immediately accepted it
As they eat their own fill they begun to converse with each other telling the other side their own position and role to the team also their own experience and also same goes for the other side
"Wow! So a chimera attacked your city!" Exclaimed Joana
"Well yeah and it was quite horrible you know... That attack was really a surprise we never know that the chimera can summon. Chaos beings in different places in the city!!! That really left our organization into a frenzy" said Jessica as she inched closer to Joana
"That must been hard" commented Arthur
"Not quite actually we were able to cope with it!" Added Ai
"So your saying that this chimera even thought it's just a mutated beast is strong enough to assault a city?" Asked Roland as he spoke up for the first time since both group met
"We didn't go unscathed ourselves though! We lost some soldiers and 1 user team!" Said Jessica
"So your saying that the one responsible for killing a group of users in your city I the one responsible for the commotion in today's England?" Asks Roland
"Maybe..." Said Jessica
"I see... Interesting!" Exclaimed Roland
As they continue conversing Joana noticed kanzaki's sword giving out a different vibe than ordinary chaos breakers blacksmith sword
"That sword! It's quite has an imposing aura in it doesn't it!" Pointed out Joana
Hearing this Kanzaki decided to answer
"The thing I this sword was made from a dragons heart!" Said Kanzaki
"Well we found the heart in a very unusual place so we decided to use it and have it made as a sword since it is very tough" added Ryuuji
Receiving this answer Joana and her group felt a sense of nostalgia from the sword, since the other group boldly explained the swords origin they decided to tell them their own weapon
"Even though our supporters are not here but since you introduced your swords background we'll tell you a little about our own weapon" said Joana
As the group heard this they paid attention to Joana's introduction
"My weapon is a shield and I call it aegis, this sword is tough enough for it to not be destroyed easily evening you fired a hydrogen bomb on it I will still believe that these won't be destroyed" explained Joana's happily
"So basically it's like a high tech version of Captain America's shield" commented Jinwoo
Next up it was Arthur's turn
"Well mine is Excalibur!" He said
"Excalibur?" Asks Kanzaki
"Yes the real Excalibur" replied Arthur
"Wait it's real? And this is too convenient! You have Arthur name and now a sword?" Exclaimed Jinwoo
"Well yeah so my sword is original magical sword and not high tech sword" added Arthur
Next up it was Roland's turn
"Mine is called Durandal"
. . . . . . . . . . . .
After a few silence Kanzaki spoke up
"That's it?" He asked
"I did named my sword on a whim" reasoned Roland
After Joana's group finished it was the polar side turn
"Mine is a pole and I call it sun while Ryuuji here uses a big sword and call it Ifrit and over here Kanzaki has Fafnir as his sword" said I Jinwoo
After few seconds Arthur commented
"No wonder the names you have chosen is a name of a monkey demon and a fire demon and a dimensional dragon which are enemies to mankind in folk stories"
When he said this Joana looked at Kanzaki's sword before making a decision
"Hey I want to test your guys strength! How about let's have a match!"

Durandal- sword of Roland a knight of Charlemagne in French literature
