End of the First Stage of the Exam

Zara stood trembling, fear coursing through her veins like an icy current. Her eyes darted around the courtyard, searching for anything to anchor her fraying nerves. Suddenly, they froze, pupils dilating as her gaze fixated on a solitary figure across the courtyard.

As she stared, her racing heart gradually slowed its frantic tempo. Each breath became steadier, her limbs regaining their strength after moments of paralyzing terror. 

"Why is she looking at me like that instead of delivering a punch to the pillar?" 

Aditya wondered, perplexed. Zara stared at him as if he were a masterpiece, her eyes a deep, enchanting shade that seemed to hold the mysteries of the universe. Her gaze was unwavering, almost reverent, and Aditya felt as if he were being scrutinized by a force of nature. Those eyes, a perfect blend of emerald and sapphire, sparkled with an intensity that made him feel exposed and yet, strangely serene.
