Target

Brian stepped over to the door. Wearing his favourite dark blue jeans, a black long-sleeve collared shirt and a black suit vest. The lights were dim again, the candles were lit, this time a more romantic aroma filled the apartment, mixed at the moment with the smell of pork chops, cooked spinach and cherries. Classical music was playing over the stereo in the background.

Opening the door he smiled at Elise, nodding to Matthew "thank you for walking her up, Matthew."

"Course, sir. Have a good night."

Brian turned to Elise when he was gone. She was stunning tonight, wearing a sleeveless cherry red dress with a slit on either side over her hips. It suited her pale complexion perfectly. Her reddish-brown hair was held up in a classic messy bun. Showing off her neck.

"You look amazing," Brian murmured with a warm smile.

Elise smiled blushing a little. "As do you."
