What ? Is Zoro already here ?

"So you already know about Zoro ?" Luffy asked me excitedly.

"Well, it was a while ago when he tried to hunt me down for my bounty. But then some things happened and we ended up working together. After our deal was over, he went on his own way and I went on my own. The guy is strong. Way stronger than me. And he also has a dream of his own. But he is not a good listener. So recruiting him won't be easy for you." I told Luffy as I led him toward a familiar bar.

"Don't worry. I will handle the recruiting process." Luffy said with a sunny smile. "So…are you going to find him

first ?" Luffy asked me.

"I can find him through my networks. But since we are here I can steal some of the maps and sea charts of the grand line from the local Marine base. After that we can start our search." I told Luffy.

But strangely I didn't get any response.

Turning around my eyes widened as Luffy had just disappeared.

I stopped myself from shouting. "What the fuck !"

Looking around myself I didn't find anyone. The place was not overcrowded. So I frantically searched for the rubber head.

But while searching for Luffy, I heard a high pitched girly scream.

"Aaaaaaaannnnn !"

Instinctively I knew that it must be Luffy. Without thinking much, I ran towards the scream.

"Aaaaaaaannnnn !"

"How dare you ! How dare you kill my precious Wolfy ?" A blond boy whose chin looks like miniature thick asses cried like a bitch.

"Your…. What now ?" Zoro looked at the boy with a deadpan expression.

"I will tell my daddy ! He is a Marine captain ! He is going to execute you ! What is your name ?" The boy cried out loudly. Hearing his cry many people started together around the bar.

Zoro looked at the boy with a puzzled look. The guy was a weirdo. At first he entered the bar with a wolf. And when the wolf suddenly attacked a young girl working in the bar, Zoro put the wolf into its place. Of course he was not trying to kill it. But the wolf turned out to be weaker and more fragile than a street dog. He hadn't even unsheathed his katana. But its head already exploded by getting hit from the hilt of his sword.

"Roronoa Zoro !" Zoro declared proudly. Instantly the crowd who was practically surrounding the entire bar burst into murmurs. They were even peering through the windows in order to get a look at him.

"You ! You mean pirate hunter !" The ass chinned boy shouted in fear and disbelief. In the last month, Zoro's name has gotten more popular. The moniker 'pirate hunter' really suited his profession.

He smirked after hearing the fear in the voice of the boy.

"Yeah that's me. But I never proclaimed myself as the pirate hunter though…" Zoro confirmed the suspicion.

The boy staggered back as if he had gotten hit by a bullet. "Don't get cocky just because you are a famous bounty hunter ! My dad can still execute you without needing any reason ! I will come back !" The boy threatened Zoro and turned to leave the bar. The crowd which had gathered in the front door immediately created a path for him.

But as he was about to open the door someone slammed it open sending the ass chinned boy flying to the other side of the bar. Fortunately the newcomer hadn't put that much strength into opening the door. So the boy was not dead.

Zoro looked at the newcomer, who was giving him a look of curiosity. The boy was well built. He was wearing a peculiar straw hat with a big smile on his face.

"Hey, are you Roronoa Zoro ?" the boy asked him.

"Yeah…" Zoro didn't know who the guy was. But something about the boy felt different from other people.

"Great ! I am Monkey D Luffy ! I am going to be the king of the pirates. Join my crew !" Luffy said with a wide smile on his face.

Everyone froze as if time had stopped. No one dared to move for a while. While most of the people thought it was some fantasy, Zoro was different. He recognised the fire in Luffy's eyes. They were similar to his own fire. But also different. Luffy's determination in his eyes burnt like a sun compared to his fire. At that moment, Zoro felt drawn to it like an insect attracted to flames.

But his determination was not weak either.

"I am Roronoa Zoro. I will become the world's greatest swordsman. There is no way I will ever become a pirate." Zoro unsheathed Wado Ichimonji. Declaring his will to the world through his sword.

At that moment tension was so palpable in the air that many bystanders couldn't take it and left the place.

Luffy on the other hand was completely unfazed.

"Great the pirate King shouldn't have anyone lesser than the greatest swordsman in the world." It was Luffy's declaration.

Zoro was shocked after hearing Luffy. His gut told him that if he follows the boy, then he will definitely reach his goal one day. It was the first time he was meeting someone with such a strong will power. With such an unreachable dream like his own.

Zoro, who had declared not to become a pirate moments ago, made his decision.

"Alright future pirate king, I will join your crew. But if you stand in the way of my goal, then I will not hesitate to cut you down." Zoro sheathed his sword.

"Shi shi shi ! I wouldn't expect anything less !" Luffy laughed aloud.

"There you are ! I just took my eyes off you for a second and you already disappeared ?" Nami arrived at the bar at that moment. But she was surprised to see Zoro in there.

"Zoro ?"

"Witch ?" Zoro was also surprised to see Nami.

"Shi shi shi !" Luffy just laughed, seeing that his crew mates were getting along well.
