*Mika*
I’d seen a lot of violence lately, but that took the cake so to speak on being the most terrifying. Somewhat spooked, I shakily held my neck, which was still bleeding. Dizziness overcame me, and I let out a groan, collapsing to my side. Regardless of how intense that was, I’d need to accept it as a necessary reality. That’s not why I felt completely horrible, however.
Elizabeth took a lot, and I was struggling. Percival rushed over, scooping me up into his arms and gasping out, “Mika!” Tongue met flesh as he drew it over the gaping bite wound in my neck. He was closing my wounds, but it might not be enough. I let out a soft groan of pain, agony rushing through my body, reminding me that I wasn’t long for this world.
