"Why did you choose this restaurant, Dana?" she asked as they were ushered by the waiter to their table. "It doesn't seem like a place where you can easily get a table," she said, raising her eyebrow to Dana who is grinning proudly.
"I know the chef," she said. "I want to show off that I know good people now here in Shanghai so you don't need to worry about me too much."
"Is that so?" Her aunt chuckled lightly, shaking the napkin on her lap to be put on her lap.
"The sea bass is really good here, would you like to order one?" she asked her aunt who was staring at her face too intently.
"Did I become too pretty from the last time you see me? Why are you staring at me like I'm growing a new face?" she scoffed at her aunt.
"Shanghai is treating you well from what I can see. It seems like you are settling nicely here." her aunt said her observation.
