He winced in pain when he tried to put some weight on his injured foot. He jumped on his other foot, using his skateboard as a cane to the elevator. When he reached the elevator Bobby was already gone. He saw the number on top of the elevator going down and stopping on the 15th floor.
He got the other elevator going down pressed on Bobby's floor as he remembered that the fiftieth floor has two apartments. He doesn't know which one is Bobby's house. He just has to knock on both houses then.
He was feeling guilty that he made his new friend cried because of his mouth. It's the same reason why his brother won't play with him because he asked too many questions.
He looked up at the red number flashing on the elevator door when he heard it dings. He stepped out slowly when he saw the number 15.
He stopped to catch his breath when he got off the elevator because his feet start to swell up.
