CHAPTER :- 2

~THE NEXT MORNING~

Leo was resting on his bed while tilting towards his left, his back was facing bella. He felt a slight tap on his back. He turned towards that person, he recognized her by her sweet floral cologne. But still asked "who is it?".

A sweet voice replied him. "It's me, bella! your caretaker. I came here to help you finish your morning routine".

Leo replied her sternly "I don't need any help".

But withought caring about his statement, she started lifting him up from the bed by his arm while directing him towards the bathroom.

"Hey! what are you doing?? live me!! I don't need any help!!" still bella ignored him.

if he had his eye sight, then he would have pushed her aside easily but he is totally helpless right now.

She made him sit on a chair over there in bathroom and started taking his clothes off.

"HEY!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING??" he screamed in horror.

"if I don't take your clothes off, then how can I wash your body?" she replied him with a frown.

"you do have a point, but-t I-I am-m". He stuttered, while his cheeks flushed red.

bella chuckled at his cuteness. "you seems like a cold mafia but you're so childish and shy from inside" she said in a teasing tone.

"no, I'm not blushing. it's just that your a girl and your not allowed to see a naked man unless he is your h-husband" he said the word 'husband' while stuttering.

bella giggled at his behavior. it's a rare side of him.

"it's okay! don't worry! I swear I will not look at your body. okay? between when did i say that you were blushing? " she asked him teasingly.

"T-That I, ummm" Now he lost it! he is too obvious right now.

"okay, okay! calm down. let me wash your body". saying this, she started unbuttoning his shirt. as his torso started exposing, he felt cold breeze brushing through his upper body.

atlast, he is half naked. bella gulped the lump down her throat by the view of Leo's perfectly built abs. She halted her movement for a minute and just stared at his abs, shamelessly. because she knew that he can't see her staring at his half naked body.

"liked what you're seeing?" he asked her with a handsome smirk on his face.

"N-No I-I was just taking the soap and loofah" she replied in order to cover up.

"mmhhmm" he replied sheepishly.

bella started washing Leo's body. after completing, she shampooed his hair while giving a gentle massage. Leo was just relaxing.

bella said while breaking the silence, "well....if only you're comfortable, can I know how did you loose your eyesight??".

Hearing this, suddenly the incident flash over his mind and this made him raging in anger. His trauma suddenly triggered.

"IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! YOU'RE JUST A CARETAKER AFTER ALL!!" Leo snapped making bella startled.

He searched for the tap with his hands and washed off the shampoo foam on his head and got out of the bathroom.

He was falling in between but however, made it to the bed.

This triggered his trauma, he started throwing the antique pieces on the floor making them break into pieces.

"Arghhh!!" Leo roared in anger. His veins were popping out.

Bella regretted this. If someone else were in her place, then they had run for their lives, seeing the dangerous leo. But bella thought to cover up the mess.

She held his hand while he was going to throw another vase in the room.

"Stop it, Leo!!" she tried to control him but it was of no use. He pushed her aside single handedly. She fell to the ground and a glass piece pierced through her arm. "argh!" she arched in pain.

More pieces than her, were pierced through his feet.

Bella couldn't resist this anymore and she immediately hugged him tight as much as she could. she embraced his arms tightly too. Leo was breathing heavily due to stress but slowly he calmed and hugged her back.

All the while, bella was patting his back softly.

She made him lay on the bed. But instead of putting his head on pillow, he rested it on her chest and hugged her. This gave him utter comfort. He knew that from now, this is going to be his favourite place.

She didn't minded because all she wanted now is to calm him down.

10 minutes had passed, everything was peaceful now. Bella thought that leo may have fallen asleep. So she slowly tried to get off of the bed.

But leo held her even tighter. Bella looked at him in confusion.

"please, don't go! I'm scared of darkness and loneliness. With you, by my side, I feel so loved."

He said lovingly. Eventhough he can't see her, but she can see the love and softness in his eyes right now.

"okay, then I will stay until you fall asleep" she said to him while assuring.

"No, please don't go even after I fall asleep." he said with pleading voice.

"okay, okay! I won't! " she again reassured him.

10 more minutes had passed. suddenly leo started talking and bella remained silent and listened his voice.

"Actually, one month ago I was working on a new project. I was in my cabin. suddenly the door got locked from outside and someone released a poisonous gas inside the room.

Fortunately, I got saved but I lost my eyesight. I need to manage until I get a donor. But none of the caretakers from the hospital could control me. I use to shoo them away on their first day and then,.....you came. Now I don't care even if I don't get my eyesight back"

bella just stared at him in surprise that how could this cold hearted ceo trust her this much just in two days.
