The morning was filled with chatter and laughter, making Blair's home cozier than ever.
"I still can't believe Blair named a lizard after me, and all of you left her be," Cadmus huffed.
Hershey teased, "Oh? But isn't it great that Blair used your name for something she liked?"
"Well, I guess it is."
"My, my."
Blair flushed red at his words. Hershey shot her a huge smirk.
From the door, Blake and Irina heard their entire conversation. They shared a smile, having thought of the same thing, 'Our daughter sure is loved.' Based on their stories, they gathered that Blair and Cadmus were also the same as ever.
Breakfast was rather silent right after. It was a rather eventful weekend. Granted summer vacation still had not started.
Everyone left and went back home one by one, thanking Blake and Irina for letting them spend the night.
The last one remaining was Cadmus. He was glad since he could talk to Blair at last.
