Alpha Arlo Bianchi - POV
I think it's good that she wasn't in here right now. I don't think I want to drag her into this mess right now. I made my way into my walk-in closet, grabbed a backpack, and began packing the clothes I would need for the trip. "Where are you going?" my fingers froze on the zipper as I turned around to see Isabella standing near the doorway.
She had a puzzled look on her face as she narrowed her eyes at me. "Out, I will not be here for a few days," I told her as I finished zipping up my bag and grabbed it, ready to leave.
"I am coming with you," she said, and this made me turn around to look at her.
"You don't even know where I am going."
"That's all right. I will come with me since I have a hunch that you are going to find more information about that man who shot you," she said, and a smirk formed on my face. I was impressed to learn that she was not that dumb.
