1) Oscar was loyal & honest character similar to Duan Jian character

2) Duan Jian is Obsessed, hardworking & talented, where as Oscar is lazy, greedy but talented. So by fusing both soul become balance hardworking talented & genius.

Ne Li has more experienced because he reincarnation twice & Duan Jian was first time . Ne Li has fused Tang San Knowledge & skill too. Tang San has Titled Douluo as backup & own clan

Duan Jian is lucky has mindscape filled with Jiro books, food, tool & demon spirit crystal.
