Jayden's POV

When I was done freshening up, I stepped out of the bathroom into the room, and as expected, they had already left.

"I can't believe she totally forgot about Jimmy. Blood's indeed thicker than water." I thought, sensing Jimmy's scent from the door.

I moved closer to my closet and found a pair of navy blue pyjamas to wear. It's been a really long day.

I was about to head to the study when my eyes suddenly caught the blood stains on the bed sheets.

I summoned Lauretha immediately. She appeared and changed the bedsheets into sparkling new ones, while she left with the stained ones.

I moved into my study and sat on my regular seat, ready to orchestrate a plan on how I'm going to seize Alex in the Mafia world.

For him to have mentioned the mafia world before teleporting, he must also be one of the mafia bosses. Nonetheless, they all still rule under me.
