Today is the big day.
No, not the boys being born big day; it is the results big day.
Kati had her last session of chemo, and the doctor did the regular round of tests; and today, we will find out if she has gotten better or, and god, I hope not, but if she has gotten worse.
Now she has stopped doubling her medication, so she has been getting more sick than when she was doing it before. Yes, which means that she is still sick, but she can be sick but getting better.
So to say that the atmosphere in the house this morning is between tense and excitement is a slight understatement. I think I am more the one that is excited, and she, well, she is feeling somewhat levelheaded and being a slightly bit tense as well.
