Taking out all the other monsters was easy, tail guy interfered a lot but avoiding someone just jumping and swiping at you gets pretty easy when most enimies you've ever fought do the same thing. Of course he also shot little spikes at me but dodging those was easy as well. Once I'd taken care of everyone I started to focus on tail guy, thats when he transformer into some creature with the head of a human, the body of a lion and a tail of spines, the tail being the only thing other then his face that wasn't new.

"Do you only know how to lunge, swipe, and shoot? Have you ever actually killed anything?" I asked him.

"SHUT UP," He roared while lunging... again.

Jumping out of the way I cut off his paw with a quick swing of my straight sword. I was moving around quickly to dodge so I wasn't using my great sword at the moment.

As the monster screamed in pain I rushed in and cut off his tail, I was just trying to making dodging easier. Of course this made the monster even angrier, but being on three limbs made it a harder for him to do anything. Dodging his maw one last time, I changed into great sword form and loped off his head. As he turned to dust I realized his tail wasn't disappearing, I guess it was a trophy which was pretty cool.

It's been two months since I killed all those monsters and I've realized that the spines on tail guys... tail are poisonous. That gave me an idea, I didn't have a gun and I didn't know how to make gun powder so I went to work making a special crossbow. It would be semi automatic and would use the spines as ammo, the ammo would be limited but I would only be using it on monsters which turn to dust so I'd easily be able to pick up the ammo after use. Even if after a few uses the spines lose their poison they would still hurt, so they'd still be viable.

I had been meditating the last few years and apparently it was a skill, I bring this up because it brought about a change in my skill screen.

It had been added as a new skill, and even changed Bipolar to Calm.

Another reason I bring it up is because I was meditating when I heard a group of people. Actual people talking and walking near by. Getting up I ran towards the noise, of course not before kitting up with my new crossbow and my sword. When I finally got close to them I saw three people, well kinda three people. I say that because one of them had hooves and extremely hairy legs, with horns sticking out of his hair. For some reason the all wore orange shirts that said camp half-blood on them. I figured they couldn't be half bad and even if they were monsters I could easily take them out so I stepped out of my hiding spot and called out,

"Hey guys, who're you? And what are you doing in my neck of the woods?"

All three of them jumped with the hairy legged guy letting out a girlish scream.

"Don't scare us like that ass-hole," The eldest looking one yelled, he was carrying a short leaf shaped blade and a buckler like shield.

"Sorry, but you guys should be more aware of your surroundings. Monster roam this place like crazy." I responded.

"Oh yeah? How have you survived then? Momsters aren't easy to kill by yourself." The youngest said, they were carrying a bow and looked scaried of everything.

"I've lived out here for almost four years now... I think, anyways you still haven't answered my question. What are you doing in my yard."

The hairy legged guy spoke up, "We recieved a quest to find the son of the Twelve Olympians that was supposed to arrive at camp a long time ago. All we know is that his name is Max."

"That's my name. How'd you know I was here?"

" Our quest led us to the northwest, we came across The Great Expanse. It's unique properties allows for travel to most parts of the states, almost as well as the Labyrinth." The older one replied.

"And how did you plan to find me after entering?"

"Satyr magic, there's a spell that points you in the direction you seek." The hairy legged guy responded.

What's a saytr?" I asked.

"I'm a saytr, my name's Clive, he's Freddy son of Hermes," Clive said as he pointed to the older boy, "and He's Jake son of Apollo." He said as he pointed to the youngest boy.

"Hi guys, I'm Max as you know. I'm a monster killer, and I don't remember anything from anything earlier than four years ago so I don't know my parents."

"That sucks man, do you know what happened?" Freddy asked.

"Not a clue, so you guys got a quest from someone to find me? Why?"

"Cause you're a half-blood, a demi-god." Jake responded.

"What's that?"

"A child of a god and a human. It's the reason you can see monsters." Clive responded.

"So can you guys help me get out of this place? I tried for years and I got no where."

Clive scoffed, "Of course you didn't, you'd need the help of a nymph or saytr to escape this place. Nature magic is so thick here even young saytrs get lost thinking they are close to Pan."

"The arcane here is super thick," I muttered, "So what now?"

"Now we head back to camp half-blood. It'll probably take us three days ish." Freddy replied.

"Alright, I'll follow just so I can get out of here. The monster are weak, but we need to stop by my cabin first."

"You have a cabin?" Jake asked.

"Yeah, come on." I replied while turning around.

I tried, I was bored at work and thought up this... Hope it's good. Tell me if it isn't.
