Sora: "It worked....."

Urahara: "What worked??"

Everyone felt puzzled at his words and waited for him to explain as he wiped his tears before started telling them a bit of the truth...

He tried to choose his words carefully, he remembered before finding the truth he had said to them that his soul will vanish from here as punishment from coming from the future...

Centering around that, he told them that Ichigo tried to help him with something which caused them to find about something and that was the punishment he got...

All of them recalled something like that happening and it was further verified by Yoruichi who had learned that when he vanished he will go outside of the void...

Sora: "What Ichigo did was to somehow learn the rules there which are forbidden although that was passable as he is you know my Zanpakuto, you guys probably listened to him and learn them as well.."
