Looking at the time, the interface had the time at 5:30. A hour since he has saw those group of characters.
He figured since the worlds currency had changed he would play until around 10am instead of sunrise and then log off for a bit until he contacted his apartment owner.
Putting the (White) Wolf Claws and (White)Iron Ingot together on the Anvil he started hammering it with his hammer trying to forge another (White) longsword. While he was doing this he was looking at his special abilities from his class to use.
Special Ability: Fast Hammering(Makes Hammering easier and more natural to you like you were born to forge, Cooldown 30 minutes)
Special Ability: Quality Change(Changes the quality of the item being forged 1 tier upwards from where it is currently at, Cooldown 2 hours)
Clang!(10%, Okay)
At the start of forging he used Fast Hammering making his next hit the perfect spot and changed that the percent complete bar by 5 percent.
Clang!(15%, Okay)
Clang!(50%, Good)
Clang!(100%, Excellent)
Observing his sword:
(White) Longsword
Excellent Ability: Bone Shredder(Deals 10 damage, then makes enemy take 5 damage every second this complete sword is still inside the enemy. Cooldown 24hr)
Observing the item it was a pretty good item and a ability that took the (White) Wolf Claws characteristics. This item had the potential to be useful even past Level 6 with constant damage if the enemy was not intelligent.
It had the potential to get a free wolf kill which he saved in his mind for later use. Putting it on the table he noticed that he had 6 claws left.
Broken Fire decided to make one more sword, then move on to making 5 pieces of gear for combat.
Clang!(10%,Good)
Clang!(50%,Excellent)
Clang!(90%, Near Perfect)
Knowing that he was probably not going to get the Longsword to be a perfect ability he used his Special Ability Quality Change. This made the quality go up by one and made the final hit of the hammer say:
Clang!(100%,Perfect)
He got a perfect item!
Observing the Sword he was Ecstatic because this had the potential to be used till level 10 and dealing massive damage to lower level monsters.
(White) Longsword
Perfect Ability: Wolves Bane(Deals 1000 damage to one enemy at most 5 feet(1.524 Meters) from you, piercing it with a Bone Sword from the air slamming it the enemy on the ground. Cooldown: 30 minutes)
After forging the sword he just looked at it for at least 5 minutes looking at his master piece.
Probably the best Longsword so far in the game made my players
This will let me farm up to level 10 in no time, thought Gruv.
After making that piece he had 5 minutes until his Fast Hammering came off cooldown.
He decided to make his First Piece of Gear, the Helmet without any abilities(Excluding his Hammer and Passive Ability).
Putting the (White) Wolf Claws and (White)Iron Ingot together on the Anvil he started hammering it with his hammer trying to forge his first Helmet.
Clang!(10%, Okay)
Clang!(30%, Okay)
Clang!(50%, Okay)
Clang!(100%, Good)
I noticed that making a different item that I had never seen done before was a lot harder without seeing Harry's demonstration. The quality of the item was only Good on his first try, which was a decent start but nothing to amazing.
If I had a Design that was mentioned before by Harry(Chapter 4), I could probably make these gear pieces Excellent quality on my first try.
Observing the piece:
(White) Helmet
Good Passive Ability: Basic Deflection(Any object going to hit the helmet is directly deflected in the way it came from, Cooldown:24hr)
A combat gear that had a passive ability!
A gem to find even at good quality. The only downside was the long cooldown after be used. Nonetheless it was a life saving equipment for (White) tier equipment. It could block any arrow sent by a archer or any monster that hits him in the head once, negating there ability or attack.
Grabbing another pair of (White) Wolf Claws and (White)Iron Ingot he started forging his Breastplate for his new set of combat armor.
If you are just reading this chapter, I edited a lot of the core mechanics for forging today(Mostly Chapter 4, and some notation on chapters 2-3.
