Chapter 69

Robin sighed as he appeared above the skies of Hage village once again, he didn't expect to go against a captain, the fact that he was able to meet a captain of a magic knights team and beat his future squad member was something he didn't expect.

Jack was able to understand that he was somehow able to go toe to toe against the captain,the it was only a competition and Yami wasn't trying to get rid of him,but this really put things into perspective for him.

During his manly contest with Yami, Robin came to understand something, he was able to grasp the soulf force for a little while,and that happened when he let both his energies run wild.

'Atleast now I have a direction to follow,lets go and give this pouch to Father Orsi, I can get much more then this measly amount later on.' Robin thought as he entered the Church.

"Dont worry Father, those people won't be bothering us anymore." Robin replied as he handed over the bag of money to Father Orsi.

"Thank Goodness you came back, alright!, tonight's a feast!" Yelled Father Orsi in excitement and so did Asta and the other kids. Yuno had a smile on his face that he tried his best to hide.

"I need to teach him to live the moment or he will end up like me." Robin muttered to himself.

"Are you alright, Robin-kun?" Lily asked as she looked at Robin worriedly.

"I am fine, nothing much happened, I met a couple of magic knights, gave them the bandits and received this as a reward." Robin replied, though the kids went into an uproar as they started talking to him about what the knights looked like to which Robin answered truthfully.

Though the others didn't believe him when he said they only looked average, only Yamu and Finral were the people that Robin would put in his eyes.

'I have grown arrogant again, haven't I ?' Robin asked, along with the others as the little kids fed him food one by one. They had missed their precious big brother these few years and didn't want to separate from him for reasons that were obvious. This further solidified his belief that he didn't want to leave them again for longer periods of time.

'But I need to farm training points to go to the TDG world and get myself a demon beast to bind with.' Robin decided to leave his problems for later as he fell asleep rather quickly.

Robin woke up the next day and took a bath, although he could stay clean as long as he unleashed his aura to get rid of all the dirt and smell on him, a nice old-fashioned bath would hurt no one.

After taking a bath, Robin immediately decided wake up the two lazy bums, but to his surprise and Father Orsi's satisfaction, both the boys were out training.

"It's a good thing that the have the energy to train early in the morning, Yuno has a great future ahead of him." Father Orsi said as his eyes seemed to shine in excitement," He will be the star of our Hage village." Father Orsi kept praising Yuno.

Robin knew Asta was someone that Father Orsi loved even more then Yuno, but he wouldn't dare admit it, so that he could look all uncaring and stuff.

But everybody knew this, even the usually careless kids could see this, Robin said his goodbyes as he flew towards the direction of the training field he had set for himself.

Robin wanted to first unlock his soul force before anything else, he wanted the system to update itself to enjoy the benefits that come with it.

Sitting atop the giant Skull, Robin started chanting the mantra in his mind as he tried to find that familiar feeling from yesterday.

Robin's next few weeks were spent trying to force out his soul force, it was only after a month of effort that he realized that he needed some kind of pressure to release that energy.

Which led him to equip himself with weights of boulders in order to exhaust his body that seemed to be very hard considering how much he had grown strong, not to mention his endurance which was enhanced by the Nature body.

After the initial one month and one more month of gruesome training that would even persuade the hidden leafs beast to praise him.

Robin again felt the chaotic force in his body, he immediately latched onto it, pulling it with all his force, and as he did so, the anti bird that was previously sleeping on his head immediately opened his eyes as he showed a terrified expression, before it flew away.

As it did so, Robins body flared up in a mix of blue green and a chaotic purple aura, which was his Aura, his will and his soul force respectively.

"I did it!"

Robin shouted in happiness as he stood up with his hands outstretched in the air, it had taken him two months of time to finally unlock his soul force.

[Ding! Soul force awakened, system undergoing update to better accommodate the recent changes to the body of the host.]

"Finally! huh?! it will take a whole day for the update to be completed! it's fine though, I do deserve a rest for all my hardwork.
