After being disentangled, the trapped lady scrammed out with an expression of gratitude and even hastily cupped her fists thankfully. However she was met with the cold realization that her benefactor Lu Xueqi had long drifted away and all that could be perceived of her was a slowly vanishing purple ray.

The air in the wilds continued to get tense and frantic as more powerful and crazed demonic beasts began hopping their way in. For each one that was slaughtered, another stronger than it descended creating a temporary cycle of chaos.

One minute there was a fierce victory and after that came a frantic lifesaving flight. The danger was not limited to the intense gathering of demonic beasts, the environment itself also revealed strong hostility towards the 'trespassers'.
