Island Of Blood Ants (2)

From Xiao Ming's perspective, the cloudy sky that once existed above the island had switched colors.

A phenomenon similar to the billowing of a strong tornado swept in. The tornado was of course an unnatural representation of what the army of Blood Ants approaching them looked like.

Xiao Ming used dao qi as a filter and applied it towards his visual capillaries. He was able to gain a clearer glimpse even from faraway so he could pick up the general appearance of the Blood Ants.

The Blood Ants had a blood shell which they used as an armor. It also made rattling noises as they walked over and above their fellow soldiers. They had claws as long as an adult human's fingernail.

They had maroon eyeballs too which they could use to cast illusions for as long as three seconds. To the average mortal, these three seconds could determine life and death.
