From Trials to the Throne

Following Wain's awe-inspiring display of strength during the Third Trial, Aveline brought the event to the end, declaring Azztar Echo as the victor. While it was a relief that the Ice Elves clan hadn't emerged as the winners, the situation was still far from ideal.

Aveline was well aware of Wain's intentions to declare war upon the Order of Light, and they couldn't simply reject the emperor's will, as doing so would undermine the very essence of the position they held. The war, it seemed, was inevitable.

Fortunately, there was still a week's time before the coronation ceremony, offering Aveline the opportunity to discuss this pressing matter with the elders of the Ice Wolf clan.

Furthermore, having witnessed the extraordinary power of Azztar Echo's final subordinate, Aveline was convinced that Wain truly possessed a force behind him that rivaled the might of the Ironbreach Empire. The mere thought of the monstrous octopus still sent shivers down his spine.
