Cole stepped backstage and was taken aback by how loud everything was. But then again, he was at a concert.
He wasn't sure what he expected.
Cole trailed after Courage and Ian glancing around. On the walls were posters of Tristan Vasquez everywhere.
Ian stopped when they reached a large space where a group of boys was huddled in a group.
"Hey, these are my guests. This is Courage and her friend Cole. And this is Courage's stepmother Miss Fuentes and her stepsisters, Janice and Karina Fuentes."
The boys stopped chattering among themselves to stare at them.
As Ian introduce them, Cole made a mental note in his head.
De-Morris was 16. Tall and lightly built with golden brown skin, dark brown eyes, and wavy blonde hair. Don't call him De-Morris unless you want to get pummeled. (Either D or Morris)
Douglas is De-Morris's twin. He has the same build and eyes, but his hair was brown.
Josh is 13 he's average height with bronze skin and blue eyes. He likes working out and is very generous.
Waverly is 15 he's tall with fair skin, grey eyes, and brunette hair. He's reliable and skilled with baking and camping.
Urban is 15 he's short with pine skin, brown eyes, and shoulder-length brown hair pulled back into a low tail.
Oscar is 8 and is almost as tall as his brothers with light brown skin and long curly black hair. He enjoys sketching and visiting museums.
Christopher is Oscar's twin and is short with olive skin, and auburn hair, and is addicted to caffeine and candy.
Joseph is 16, average height with olive skin, and calculating hazel eyes. His hair is elbow-length and brown. He's a romanticist and rebellious.
Robin is Ian's twin and tall with honey skin and almond-shaped blue eyes. He has medium-length dark hair. And often smokes and gambles.
Once everyone was introduced, D and Douglas took Janice and Karina off on a tour.
Ian and Courage walk off, leaving Cole alone with the witch who was scowling at him. He wasn't sure what to do now.
Should he sit?
Start a conversation?
Ask Tristan for his autograph?
Wander?
Before he could decide one of the older boys walked toward him with a smirk on his lips. He extended a hand. "I'm Joseph. You must be Cole."
Cole nodded and shook his hand.
"Want me to show you around?" Joseph stuffed his hands in his pockets. "We have a few minutes left before the start of the show. I can take you to see my pops if you want."
Cole opened his mouth to answer, but Joseph hooked his arms through his and dragged him off. Cole didn't say anything as Joseph showed him around, he was hardly listening.
Instead, Cole kept glancing repeatedly at him. He was wearing a blue suit and shiny black shoes. His hazel eyes seemed to dance whenever he talked.
When Joseph stopped outside his dad's dressing room, Cole stopped abruptly, catching Joseph off guard.
He glanced back. "You ok?"
Cole nodded his head toward the door where a boy in black was standing. His ex. Adam Vick.
