Chapter 80: Not for Children

" I would rather prefer it if you shut your mouth and try not to interrupt me here because I definitely heard you clearly, if I may ask what do you mean by I have been insulting your brother since I started the conversation? Hmm " Nicole asked Ivy who was shocked to get a reply from her instead of Raymond.

' how on earth did she hear me? ' Ivy asked herself.

" Please do well to answer the question! " Nicole added as she diverted her gaze to Raymond who was just staring at the whole drama unfolding right in front of his eyes but he had no strength to say a word.

" And do not dare talk to my sister like that! " Mr Gavriel ordered and Nicole laughed.

" Oh Mr Gavriel, your time is still counting and I hope you remember that I am still waiting for my answers, so rather than butting into my conversation with your side, I think you should think of a good answer. " Nicole said and she faced Ivy again, she did not want to involve her in the conversation but Ivy just pushed her to do so and with that Nicole could tell that they were all the same and they only cared about themselves and no one else.

" You do not dare talk to me like that! " Mr Gavriel shouted and his broad voice echoed all over the place.

" We shall see about that " Nicole replied back to him. 

" Okay, I think I need to add my own concert here and I am ordering you to get out of this house, right now " Ivy said furiously as she was already sick of the fact that this lady came into their house to harass them. She totally did not mind if Nicole was Raymond's woman as she thought about how her brother was feeling, this was probably too much for him to bear.

" Ivy, what do you mean by that? " Raymond asked in a low tone as his voice was already weak when he heard what Ivy said to Nicole, had she forgotten about what he had told her minutes ago. 

" I just said she should leave and that is all " Ivy replied.

" Well well well, dear young lady, I think you should go to bed because this conversation is not for children like you since you know absolutely nothing, I would not like to insult you but I would also do that if you push me against my will " Nicole said and immediately all eyes were on her, that was definitely a slap on Ivy's face.

' did she just say that this conversation was not meant for children and who did she refer to as a child ' Ivy asked herself as she gazed around to room to see what Gavriel's reaction was only to find out that he stared at Nicole speechlessly and when Ivy found out that no one wanted to support her and stand for her side then she had to do it herself.
