Totally your type!

"What has got big brother amused?" Selene asked as she turned to look at Liam who was helping Ethan with the stuff in the stables. She had called her brothers home to help her in the stables. 

All three of them were on the Westbury Estate cleaning their horses. It was a great stress buster for all of them. Selene had been suffering alone working hard for all of them to keep this place as the only home all of them knew. Violet didn't come to work for the family house as she had been saying. This only got on Ethan's nerves and strengthened his resolve to get this estate only for his sister. 

"He has been acting weird for a while, "Liam told his beautiful sister. "I saw him laughing to himself one day." 

Selene looked at Liam with wide eyes. "This bad?"

Liam nodded his head. 

"What are you whispering to each other?" Ethan asked the two of them. Why did he have an inkling that both of them were discussing him behind his back? 

"Nothing!" Both of them said at the same time and began what they were doing. Of course, it was discussing him behind his back. 

"Big brother, when are we meeting your fiance?" Selene ended up asking. "Violet and Asher have been blowing my phone for a month. Each time I take their call, they only ask me when are you introducing your fiance to us."

Selene was pretty stunned when Ethan announced that he had a fiance. His brother never brought a girlfriend home. How come he suddenly had a fiance? 

Liam looked at Ethan and cocked his brow. He showed almost twenty women to his brother who was interested in a marriage of convenience with Ethan but his brother rejected every single one of them. Sometimes, he wondered what his brother was even looking for. 

He wasn't shocked when several women jumped at the opportunity to come into a marriage of convenience even without knowing who the man in question was. As convenient as it might sound, he was pretty worried about his brother who had his head in his ass. 

"Brother, you don't have a fiance, right?" Selene asked in a small voice. "You are hiding something from me. I won't ask you what you are hiding. But I can tell that you lied to Violet and Asher. I don't know what your end goal is."

"Sel, you are worrying too much, "Ethan said with a sigh. "I won't hurt you or let anyone hurt you. I'm getting old. I just want to marry and try this life and see if it's for me." 

Selene merely sighed. She didn't say anything else. Then an idea entered her head. 

"You know Mia?" Selene asked, looking at her brother with hopeful eyes. 

"Who?" Ethan asked. He didn't recall any Mia. 

"Mia Jones, my friend. The one who frequently visits our house, "Selene said with a wide smile. If her friend knew that the man she had been in love with all her life didn't even know her name, she would be heartbroken. But it was how Ethan was. It was a pity that he never looked at her with eyes. To Ethan, Mia was just Selene's friend. 

"Oh, the tall blonde?" Ethan said with a disinterested gaze. 

"Yes, she has a crush on you. Why don't you go on a date with her?" Selene asked with a smile. 

"You are what? Twenty-two. And I don't little kid, "Ethan said with a smile. "And your friend is not my type."

"She is totally your type. All the women that you dated fall in the same category. Tall, blonde and Barbie doll beautiful, "Selene insisted. 

"There is no spark, Sel, "Ethan said at last and Selene fell quiet. 

"Since when did you start counting sparks ?" Liam asked with a snort when Selene went inside. "I'm setting up a meeting between you and Miss Jones tonight. She is the perfect material for a trophy wife." 

Ethan merely hummed. 

"Palm Isles Resort at eight, "Liam reminded him before leaving.
