Unreachable woman

Edward stopped running the car at this point. The man looked at the big house with the gate in front of him at this time. The house felt just as silent as before. The man immediately looked up Rose's number and then made a phone call. No answer. The woman's cell phone was still off the same as before. Edward sighed then tried to contact Rose again but the man still got the same answer as before.

The man unbuckled his seatbelt, got out of the car and closed the car door again. Edward enjoyed the breeze that was now brushing his white face. The man stepped closer to the gate. This was the first time for the man to enter the house occupied by Rose.
