Ch 10: Underworld System

Alessio's POV

I was in my dreamless sleep when I felt shaking happening to my side. it woke me up as all are light sleepers because of safety precautions so I know who it was, I opened my eyes and saw Ad was having a nightmare. She was mumbling "stop don't hurt them, hurt me, get away from them, leave them alone" I knew what she was having a nightmare about, so I woke her up by caressing her hair and saying " Adina, Dina, Ad, baby wake up it's a nightmare. You are safe, we are safe. No one is hurting us" after hearing me she sat up gasping for air, I gave her some water and hug her so she could hear my heartbeat and calm down.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" I said to her. Till now Amir has also woken up and was rubbing her back. She nods at me and tells " it was the day when he started putting a weird combination of chemicals inside our body. They made me watch you guys getting weird chemicals injected into your body as I was tied up in front of you and couldn't do much about it which still hurts me that I was so useless while you both were getting hurt" she was still shaken up from that.

It was the first time he experimented on us. We didn't know what would have happened. To give more pain to Ad as she was his toy he could hurt as much as he wanted because she had a lot more pain tolerance than ours as his torture also increased that tolerance, he first experimented on me and Am. It was painful but seeing her screaming for us was more painful. I was somewhat relieved also that he did it on us, not Ad but it didn't last long as Ad was the next target, now we don't feel any pain in our bodies. If somebody would break our bone, we would only feel it as a pinch and we would get stabbed or shot, it would only feel like a slap or punch, yeah, the feeling of pain would be less, but the damage will continue to happen, as we can die of certain blood loss or internal damage.

Adina was now calmer than before and was distracting herself by working on our illegal work laptop. I was still laying down because both me and Amir didn't want to get up yet. It was still 6:35 am so nobody in the mansion was awake I think, because of how silent it is. Adina said, " can you call some interior designer for my room set? I can't put my foot inside it without closing my eyes." I looked at Am, he then called our interior designer. He is a 35-year-old man but in the market for room/house designing, he is the best you would find. So we almost every time made him do our projects.

Amir then turned to us and said " it's done" we both nodded at him, and I was still laying down with closed eyes and Amir came back to his position. I suddenly heard Adina curse "fuck, fuck, fuck" I and Am turned to her and raised our brows. Amir asked her " what happened" she was working on an illegal business so something must have happened in that only. She then turned to us and said "Greek mafia has started a sex trafficking ring and selling children and women in it. I don't know how our system didn't detect it"

After hearing Greek's name, my blood boil. They are still alive, they should be thankful for getting these last moments, but they won't be there for so long. David was a Greek mafia high-ranked member, and he was following Greek orders to abuse us but after some time he became a sadist and wouldn't stop at all. If we want, we can kill the whole mafia by ourselves, but we want to do something more excruciating, which is currently taking some time. We want to remove the Italian mafia from the top 5 mafia pyramid. After removing Italian from the list, Greek would come into it. We want exactly that; you see the Greek leader is very power-hungry and we want him to believe that everything is going according to his plan. We would first give him mental torture then we will give him physically. Greek mafia leader is also out for his revenge but the only problem in it is that he chooses to involve innocent children in his scheme, and we are going to include him only but destroy the mafia to the core.

underworld system is a complex thing, but you can understand it, you need basic knowledge of it. In the underworld, there are 5 groups of people.

1st-

On the top is the ruler/ commander of the underworld. If they kill someone, no one will investigate it after seeing their symbol because of their fear. The whole underworld is at their fingertips.

They are known as The Commander of Death

Kali - Adina

Hades - Alessio

Ares - Amir

Everybody knows that they are only 3 people, yet everybody fears them. Nobody knows what they look like or how old they are. They are the most feared assassin and commanders in the world. we are the Commanders of Death, yes, we rule the underworld, but it took a lot of hard work and pain to get on this spot. still, it's not an easy job because there would always be some stupid people who would think that can kill you, but we three always prove them wrong.

2nd-

Mafia families

There are a lot of mafia families in this world. But on the top of the mafia pyramid are the top 5 mafia families.

Spanish

Korean

Italian

Russian

French

Greek doesn't come in this top 5 list, they are in the 6th spot because they are always greedy, and power-hungry which led them to lose in the race to the topmost of the time and are extremely jealous of the top 5 mafias. David was their man, because of the Greek mafia's leader, David abused three but because he was sadistic, so he enjoyed doing it. The whole underworld will get shaken up this year as Commanders of Death are turning 18 this year.

3rd-

Assassins

our best friend, the inner circle, Lee, Javier, and Selena comes in this category, even though they come in this category, they are mostly with the Commanders of Death. they are helping them as if they are working for them.

Other assassins in the underworld come in this category. Before becoming the Commanders of death, we were in this category.

4th-

Hackers

Adina is the best hacker in the world. Every hacker knows not to come in between Kali's work. Alessio and Amir aren't hackers they are Assassins, though Adina is both of them.

There is a Hacker name Götze (devil) who is below just Kali. Nobody knows who he is except the Commanders. Everybody wants to hire him, but he doesn't do anybody's work unless it's the commander's work or their order.

5th-

Streetfighters/street racers

There is no need for an explanation in this category. Everybody knows what they do and how it works. Just the problem is that because they always have people with no knowledge of the underworld, they tend to challenge or disrespect the Commanders of Death. Which doesn't go too good for them because most of the underworld is loyal to them.

They are loyal to the Commanders because Commanders of Death help people in need, save people from sex/human trafficking, destroy human trafficking, and do other things they can.

At the same time, they are Hella scared of them because of the gruesome stories they have heard of what they do to traitors, abusers, rapists, betrayers etc. So they don't want to get killed by them.

Only the cocky bastards or power-hungry people are not loyal to the Commanders of death because they are hungry for their power. They are always on the trail to kill the Commanders and rule the underworld which doesn't happen because they always die before that.

by this, the underworld works, as I explained it is a complex system but once you get a hang of it, it's easier.

I questioned Ad " so want to do, should we go or should we send some people to end it?" she looked like she was processing every outcome of our move, and after some time she replied to me " let the people do it, I have quite some work in the legal business but if you want to do it go-ahead, you might need to take some anger out" while I was thinking of shouldn't go or not. Am replied with "naa I don't want to. I have to do some work on the label" after hearing him I then turn to the Ad ad said, "what would I do without you both so let people do it" Ad nodded at us and went back to her laptop.

After a few hours, it is now 10:00 am, I and my triplet are still in bed working, talking and in between laughing. I don't show any emotion to other people because others would think of it as a weakness but when I am with my triplet, I show them because I know we will always be there for one another. I also know that Adina is our rock, safe space, therapist, and glue. If there was no Adina, I don't know what would have happened to us. I know that she still blames herself for the time she couldn't save us from David, but she shouldn't because it's not her duty to protect us, it's ours. I sometimes blame myself for what things they did to her but when I was in the self-guilt and self-blame stage of my life. Ad slapped the crap out of me to take me out of it and it worked. I broke down after that putting my head on her lap.

After a few moments, someone knocks at our door. I stand up to open to door and come in front of nervous Matteo. I raised my brow at him signalling what he wants. He got the message and said " umm breakfast is almost ready so get dressed up" I nod at him shouting through the door and turns to my twins and said "let's get dressed breakfast is ready" both of them groan at the thought of leaving the bed but eventually stand-up Adina just took some clothes out of her bag which was in my room and went to the bathroom to get changed. I and Amir just looked at each other shrug and turn to our bag taking out our clothes. I went to his room to get changed.

After getting changed we went to my room to see Ad combing her hair and putting them in Dutch braids. After she saw us she smirks and said " nice dressing I knew you could dress well" I just playful glared at her and said " we can dress good, but you just choose the clothes which make us look better" after hearing me she smiles at me and turns to the door and say "let's go"

I wore a white T-shirt tucked in beige colour pants, and over the T-shirt, I wore a navy-blue denim jacket and finished the look with white and black converse and a belt. Amir wore a navy-blue shirt tucked in some light brown pants and white sneakers to end the look and lastly Adina wore a white tank top tucked in blue washed-out pants, over the tank top she wore a mustard colour cardigan which was of the shoulder in style, to finish the look, she topped it with a brown sling bag and some white heels.

When we reached the door of the dining room Adina just kicked it open and Amir said: "hey it was my turn" she turns to him smiling sheepishly and I just shake my head at them after that I clear my throat, and they got the message and stood blankly. We walked into the dining room in sync with the power radiating from us. We sat down at the other end of the table away from all of them. Just as we sat down maid put our food in front of us.

The whole table was silent, so we looked at them again in sync to which Matteo said " how the fuck are you guys always in sync. It's freaking creepy but you are radiating power" we just turn to him and smirk at him. Which made his eyes wide. We then turned to the head of the table just to see Alexander looking at us. Am had enough of it so he said " what are you looking at" everyone in the room was shocked that we were talking to him like that. Do we care, no not at all.

He then clears his throat and said " first of all talk with me respectfully and secondly, you are going to shop with the twins and thirdly you are also going to go to school with them from the day after tomorrow" in a commanding and daring voice. We just raised a brow at them. I then said to my triplet who wants to correct them for commanding us, Ad replied I want to have some fun. So, we let her have some fun.

Adina then cleared her throat gaining their attention. They all looked at her waiting for her to reply. She replied to them with a low threatening tone saying " Alexander what a dumb bitch are you" after hearing that they were shocked, and Alexander looked at her with anger. She then continues " I thought after last night's entertaining conversation, you would get in your thick brain that you can't control us and we will go shopping ourselves." I smirk at them when everybody looked at her with anger except us.

Marco thought it was a good time to speak so he said " listen here you brat, dad has taken you in so respect him and us otherwise without us you would be on the streets. Dumb bitch" just then he finished speaking, I was so angry that the spoon in my hand snapped into two pieces, while I was doing this, I was looking at Marco. He flinched after seeing what happened to the spoon.

Just as I was about to reply to him a guard came inside the dining room saying a man is looking for us. I and my triplet looked at each other and went to the gate but before that, I turned to Marco and said "you are saved because of the guest otherwise you would have a few broken bones. Speak to my triplet like that and see what happens to you" after that I went from there. Biological we're asking constantly who is there, but we didn't say anything. After opening the door there stands Felix Jones, the world's best interior designer. We just hug him, take him to Adina's room, and show him. After seeing the room, he visibly cringed. I feel you, man.

Our biological was still behind us trying to understand what is happening. Felix then says, " who is the dumb fuck that designed this room it's not even for a child moreover for Adina." the biologicals looked angry at his statement, but I agreed with him. Adina then turns to him and said: " can change it entirely in 2 days, you know my style" he then nods and calls his team inside after an hour of measurement and another thing he then leaves the mansion.

We were going to our room when Antonio stepped in front of us and said, " who was that and why was he in my house" Am replied with a shrug " well he was our interior designer, and he was changing Ad's room which you dumb asses have made disgusting" after saying that we turn to leave the room to go our room.

When we were in my room laying down Ad got a call. She answered it and it was Lee. Ad answered the phone and said " hey Lee how are you" he said " hey guys, I am good. Just wanted to ask you guys to settle in the mansion" I replied to him " yeah we are settled, we just need to change Adina's room" he said, " oh ok by the way human trafficking ring is stopped at the Greek place, till now it would be in flames." Ad replied to him "good and get yourself and others to the high school Matteo and Marco go, we'll be attending that" he replied with an ok and hung up.

Well after that the rest day we three went to do shopping and after a few hours of shopping, we went to our restaurant, ate some dinner and went home. Nothing exciting happened after that. We just entered the mansion and saw all the family standing there. When they saw us, Alexander said " where were you three, we were waiting for you, you broke your rules" we weren't in the mood for an argument so we three just ignored them and left them there in our rooms.

Adina said as we entered our room " I don't know what happens in their mind, this conversation has happened twice in a fucking day. why don't they get it" I can tell she was getting infuriated at this point. Trust me I'm too getting frustrated. I just lay ok the bed and made Adina put her head on my lap just like yesterday Am also came in this position. Ad is on my left, me in the middle and Am on the right. They both like to sleep on my lap, so let them.

I know for damn sure that I could only sleep peacefully with them because I know even if everybody turns their back on us, we will always be there for each other.

Always and Forever

was the last thought in my mind before I slept in my dreamless land.
