ZOEY'S POV
I looked at Roy and I smirked remembering that day I brought him coffee I had made from home."You drank it, didn't you? You drank my coffee that day and then pretended not to know what happened to it when I asked you about it. That's why you didn't take the one I got from the restaurant later."I pushed him to admit he had drunk the coffee.
My guess about what happened to my coffee was that, he poured it. I didn't for a second think he drunk it because I couldn't imagine how he hated me and talked about the coffee that day, he would drink it.
"Don't push it doll face, I'm just trying to be nice which is very hard for me. I'll help you save your money," he said standing straight.
I pouted knowing he was intentionally refusing to say the truth but I was not going to pry more, he was already doing me a favour.
