Chapter 33:

While Xiao Ren cooked food for him and Ying Hong, in the same mountain but different place from where Xiao Ren is, There is a young woman in red dress who was moving around like she was searching something really important for her, The woman in red dress was Xiao Xing er who was still searching for Xiao Ren since she came back in the place where she left Xiao Ren, even though Xiao Xing er's face showed a tired expression but it still have a determination to find Xiao Ren.

While Xiao Xing er continued to search the area, a young woman come to her side with a food on her hand and said worriedly "Sister Xing er you should rest first and eat, I'm sure Xiao Ren don't want you to get hungry and just like you said I'm sure he was alive... and it was already late and the wild beast and magic beast is active in night" the young woman who said this is Xiao Wei and she was really worried at her because Xiao Xing er didn't stop and even eat.

Xiao Xing er looked at Xiao Wei and when she was about to answer 'no', Xiao Wei said again "Sister Xing er you must rest and eat okay or you won't have energy to search for Xiao Ren" after saying this she give Xiao Xing er the food she brought before leaving without waiting for her answer.

Xiao Xing er looked at her back for a while before turning her head to the food in her hand. Xiao Xing er suddenly smiled as she remembered that in the last 2 months where Xiao Ren, Xiao Xi and her train in her courtyard Xiao Ren always said that they should eat to recover the energy they spend in their training "Yeah, I need to eat right Xiao Ren... I just wish that you are alright, I will find you tomorrow so take care of yourself tonight" Xiao Xing er mumbled before she started eating the food given by Xiao Wei to her and after a while she finish her food and she rest for the night as she also know that she can't find Xiao Ren in this darkness so she decided to find him tomorrow.

Back to Xiao Ren, After he finish cooking the crocodile type wild beast, Ying Hong was staring at the food he cooked and even though Xiao Ren can't see her face because of the veil, he imagined that she was really excited and maybe she might even be drooling, but Xiao Ren thought that he can see her face when they started eating because he knows that she must remove her veil if she also wants to eat.

Xiao Ren stared at her for a while as Ying Hong's attention was fully in the food he cooked before he break the silence "Here, I guess you still want to eat a real food even though you already consume a fasting pill" Xiao Ren said before he gave her the food he made.

"Uhh, thank you" Ying Hong said meekly before she take the food from Xiao Ren's hand.

Xiao Ren also take the food he made and started eating as he was really hungry while still taking a peek at Ying Hong, but saw that she was still wearing her veil and saw a movement of her neck that made him guess she gulp while staring at the food.

After Ying Hong gulp, she look up and met Xiao Ren's eyes who was peeking at her "Don't look at me and eat your food" Ying Hong said at Xiao Ren before turning around before taking off her veil before she started eating.

"!!!" Xiao Ren froze in shock and was a bit dissapointed that he can't see her face but still he followed her and didn't try to see her face and just focused on eating before he suddenly heard "Hmmm, I guess it's pretty tasty but not that really great or I was just really hungry and feel it's delicious because in this fast day I only ate fasting pill" Ying Hong mumbled in low voice but it was still heard by Xiao Ren that made him choke with food on his mouth.

'cough, cough, cough' Xiao Ren choke before forcing himself to gulped the food that was stuck on his throat after he heard Ying Hong's mumbling about the food.

"Hey, why are you coughing suddenly?" Ying Hong asked still not looking at Xiao Ren.

'Uhh, It's because of you, you know!' Xiao Ren said in her mind, when he heard her question. "No, it's nothing haha" Xiao Ren said with and awkward laugh.

"Hmmm, okay" Ying Hong nodded before she said in low voice "maybe he just choked because the food he cooked is really not that delicious and I didn't notice it because I was really hungry"

'coughing' Xiao Ren once again got choked because of her words before shouting in his mind 'NO!!! IT IS BECAUSE OF YOUR WORDS THAT I AM CHOKING!!! YOU LITTLE MISS THAT DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK'

After a while the two of them finished their food and the two talk for a while before they sat cross leg and close their eyes to meditate while still observing their surroundings.

Time pass by and morning arrive and while Xiao Ren and Ying Hong was meditating no wild and magic beast get close to them so they didn't face any difficulties while they were meditating. Xiao Ren and Ying Hong both opened their eyes at the same time before Xiao Ren stand up before stretching his body as his body "Uhmm, Miss Ying I forgot to ask yesterday night, but how far are we from where you take me?" Xiao Ren asked,as he feel that Xiao Xing er is worry about him and he was also a bit worried for her and the others.

"Hmmm we are at the outer area of the inner perimeter of the magic beast mountain range" Ying Hong replied as she also stand to stretch her body.

"Outer area of inner peri..." Xiao Ren's eyes turned wide before he turned his head to Ying Hong "Inner Perimeter of the magic beast mountain range?" Xiao Ren asked with an awkward smile on his face.

"hmmm" Ying Hong nodded.

"Seriously?" Xiao Ren asked again to which Ying Hong nod her head again.

"Ohhh I need to go back to the others" Xiao Ren close his eyes for a while and mumbled to himself "miss Ying I'm really thankful for your help this time and I promise I will pay you back but I need to go back to outer perimeter because my cousin and the others from my clan must be searching for me" Xiao Ren said to her and asked where is the way to get out from inner perimeter to Ying Hong before saying his thanks again and started to go to the outer perimeter when he suddenly heard Ying Hong.

"Uhmm, are you really sure? even though it's outer area of inner perimeter many of the beast here is rank 1 and few rank 2 magic beast... you're lucky if you didn't meet a rank 2 but even if you use all your luck you will still meet at least three or four rank 1 magic beast" Ying Hong said while staring at Xiao Ren's back who stop walking when he heard her words.

Xiao Ren stopped walking for a while before gritting his teeth and said "I'm okay... I still need to go back to the rest of them" after saying this Xiao Ren then leave fast while still being cautious while heading out to the inner perimeter.

Ying Hong watched him disappeared before she turned around when she suddenly remember something "I didn't tell him that before he can get out from the inner perimeter he might encounter a rank 2 twin tailed lion beast that were in the outskirt of the inner perimeter" Ying Hong said to herself before she use her movement technique to follow Xiao Ren.
