Chapter 23:

"This sword's name is 'Black Myrtle Sword'" Xiao Ren said with a smile while he was holding the sword.

After naming the sword, Xiao Ren try swinging the sword "This sword is really light haha" Xiao Ren said after swinging the sword "I am really thankful for what you've done Old Brother Mo, I may not be able to pay now for this sword now, but I promise that I will repay you for this favor Old Brother Mo" Xiao Ren said before bowing his head.

Seeing Xia Ren bowing his head, Mo Leng said "Then if you are done here you should go now, I still need to rest" Even though Mo Leng was making Xiao Ren go out, Xiao Ren didn't mind it one bit because for him the favor that Mo Leng give him was huge and important to him.

Xiao Ren and Mo Leng then started to ascend the stairs leading to the shop. After a while of walking Xiao Ren and Mo Leng to the shop and Xiao Ren find a cloth to wrap around the Black Myrtle Sword, after wrapping the sword with the cloth Xiao Ren bid Mo Leng a good bye before Xiao Ren leave the shop.

Xiao Ren looked at the sky and saw that the sun is setting that means it was afternoon already. Xiao Ren immediately walk towards the gate to go back to the Xiao Clan. Xiao Ren walk for about 45 minutes before he got home after he arrived he immediately go to his room to put the Black Myrtle Sword in his room before he wash himself and go out to his room to eat with his family.

After a while Xiao Ren and the others finished eating "Mother, Father I'm going to my room" Xiao Ren said before standing and leave, walking towards his room.

When Xiao Ren was inside his room, Xiao Ren then sat cross leg in his bed and hold the Black Myrtle Sword before closing his eyes to meditate while holding the sword on his knees.

As Xiao Ren started to meditate, Immediately after Xiao Ren close his eyes Xiao Ren feel the energy in the air, but this state was not the one Xiao Ren want, but the state he want to enter is the one from earlier in the morning when he saw how to use the sword.

Xiao Ren continued to sit cross leg for 15 minutes before he slowly opened his eyes "Why can't I go to that place again, I feel that if I can enter it I will easily learn how to use sword but I can't feel what I feel before I enter that place earlier" Xiao Ren murmured with his brows frowning.

"Sigh, well I guess I shouldn't force it" Xiao Ren said before he laid on his bed before sleep slowly take over him.

Early in the morning after Xiao Ren finish to eat he didn't immediately go to the mountain but go to the library where the Xiao Clan members can read and learn about the world, history, and of course other books like basics use of a weapon of once choice was also there.

Xiao Ren walked for a while before he arrived at the library, in the past he didn't always go here because he got always beaten up by Xiao Ning and the others and when the few times he come here was when he borrowed a basic palm and fist technique to practice.

After looking for a while and thinking of the past time he visited here, Xiao Ren smiled wryly before entering the library. When Xiao Ren enter the library there still wasn't someone in the library because it was early which made it good for Xiao Ren as he wasn't someone who likes a crowded place.

"Alright let's search for the basic of swordsmanship" Xiao Ren mumbled before walking to the shelf to search. Xiao Ren search for almost half an hour before he find the basic of swordsmanship, after finding it he looked around and saw that there we're already a few people here so Xiao Ren decided to borrow it and learned it in the mountain.

After a while Xiao Ren go out from the library after he borrowed the manual for the basic of swordsmanship, and walk towards his home to get the Black Myrtle Sword before going to the mountain.

When Xiao Ren got home and take the sword he saw Xiao Xi, Xiao Ren want to walk towards his little sister but seeing that Xiao Xi was training seriously Xiao Ren decided not to disturb Xiao Xi and just go to the mountain with the sword wrapped with the cloth on his back.

After Xiao Ren arrived at his training spot he immediately sat on the big boulder before taking out the manual he got from the library earlier and read it.

After opening the manual Xiao Ren saw a drawing of a human holding a sword and that there also many different forms in it with some words that explains it.

"I don't think I should really follow it completely, I should change it a bit" Xiao Ren thought before continuing to read the manual of the basic of swordsmanship.

After a while Xiao Ren finish reading the manual and close his eyes to better understand the manual he read before standing and pick the sword before unwrapping it in the cloth and jump down from the boulder.

Xiao Ren still didn't have a scabbard for his sword so after unwrapping it the black blade with its blue edge of the sword was shown and you can see that the sword was really sharp.

After while Xiao Ren practice the basic moves of using a sword like slashing, trusting and the others but he feels that he was slow and still clumsy that made him practice it till afternoon but he also try to find time training his movement technique.

Xiao Ren rest for a while before he get up and started to walk down the mountain to go home to eat with Xiao Xi and his parents ,before going to his room to meditate and sleep.

"This Kid has a talent in swords huh" The woman in the mark said as he watch all that happened from yesterday when Xiao Ren entered a weapon enlightenment state to pick his weapon and today's training with the sword that was improving fast when Xiao Ren was changing the form a bit "In his past life this kid wasn't a swordsman from that mortal world but his movements while using a sword was like a sword style from the ancient times. Is it really a coincidence or... 'sighed' I guess I'll just continue observing him" the woman said while contemplating about something as she thinks about the past.

After saying this the woman went silent as she close her eyes on her fiery throne.

The next morning Xiao Ren immediately go to the mountain with the Black Myrtle Sword in hand.

After arriving at the mountain Xiao Ren immediately practice his basic sword techniques till his hurt from all the swinging before training the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique before resting when his feet turned numb from training the movement technique.

After he rested enough Xiao Ren continue to train with his sword before finding a time to use the Tempest Lightning Movement Technique. This training continued till afternoon that made Xiao Ren laid in the ground "Haaa haaa haaa... 'gulp' I'm so tired that my legs and hands are both numb hahah" Xiao Ren said with a wry laugh while also panting heavily on the ground.

After resting for a while Xiao Ren force himself to get up even though his legs was still numb before he started walking slowly to get down the mountain to go home. Xiao Ren took much longer time than usual before he arrived home and when he was about to enter he saw his mother going out "Mother I'm home" Xiao Ren said while smiling towards his mother.

"Ren your finally here" Liu Bing said before she hug Xiao Ren before she continued "Ren why are you late to go home?"

"Umhh It's because I overdid my self from training haha" Xiao Ren said with a laugh before he continue "Let's go mother I think it's time to eat right"

"Hmmm, but Ren you seem tired. I know you want to get strong faster, but don't overwork yourself in training okay" Liu Bing said with a worried look before taking Xiao Ren's hand and enter the house. When Xiao Ren heard her mother's word he can't help but feel warm and nod his head before becoming more determined to make himself stronger for his family.

After a while they finished eating "Mother, Father I'm going to my room rest, I'm too tired" Xiao Ren said before walking toward his room. When Xiao Ren arrived in his room he immediately slumped in his bed and immediately sleep took over him that he even forgot meditating.
