During the drive to HuaQu hospital, which is known to be one of the few that are managed well by the Government. The paramedics had called ahead, letting the hospital know that they were expecting three casualties with one of them being expired already, despite efforts taken to sustain his life. Inside at the back of the ambulance, the medics had their attention lasered focused on the two who at the moment appeared stable under the portable monitoring device that kept recording their vitals through the grey plastic device attached to one of their fingers, while a dark pressure cuff was wrapped around one of their arms. The driver was also a paramedic who was very much advanced in age, a man that was a year from retirement.
