I followed the small woman to her mansion, turns out that her name is Ava Kashi, she's a noble with the power of a count. I haven't heard of her before, so she is not that famous. That magic however what she showed me was amazing, it was simple ice magic, but its power was immaculate.

I wanted to see what else she had to offer, she already gave me my ten gold coins back but now it was time for the real stuff. Her mansion was empty, it was dirty but huge. We walked past at least twenty different doors before we arrived at the room that we started training at.

Room was empty, it only had a stone floor but nothing else. My eyes however seemed to mess with me, because when Ava snapped her fingers a shelf, table and chair appeared.

-First of all, you can remove those covers.

I looked at her in shock, I don't believe that she had magical eyes like Olivia. So how did she know.

-Brat I'm a magician, the house is full of arrays, instantly when you stepped in, I could see your true form.

I really didn't like everyone calling me brat but more importantly, how did I not think of that? Arrays were like math's in Earth, they were complicated circles with ancient text that could do almost anything if the function is correct. I should pay attention to them next time, but I don't have anything to detect them...

I need to solve this problem quickly.

Then the last one, after the four years, you will attend the capitals magic academy.

Academy? I didn't think of that because school is BORING. I dropped out after high school in my last life because it was too boring and did something else and later had my food truck.

She had a big smug on her face after stating that.

I really didn't want to go. This should be super amazing if it meant that I needed to attend school.

-Okay, let's start and then you may decide. Sit down.

I sat on the ground, my feet were in a butterfly shape, and because I had stretched every day, I could stay like that for three hours even.

I did as she asked, I didn't speak or do any unnecessary movement, only breathe.

I started gathering mana inside my core.

That sounded weird, and I didn't like her knowing that I was from Theodre tribe but I couldn't do anything about that now. I tried to possess myself like I did for the birds in my realm. It felt weird and wrong. Like it wouldn't work but soon something started pulling me in.

Then I couldn't feel my head anymore, I opened my eyes and saw my body infront of me. Its head was down but everything else was fine.

-You are now in something called "ghost state" it's when you separate your consciousness and your physical body. Your body still works like it normally does except for the head. Now you should however see your own core, rings and mana veins.

I did see them, it was a light blue ball next to my heart with three rings surrounding it, there also left many blue veins from my core and connected to my skin. I did notice that my rings were in weird positions. The big ones were closer to the core than the smaller one and they weren't separated from each other with even distances.

It looked like a mess.

-You now see how messed up your core is, fix it.

I knew that I had to fix it but didn't know how to. I tried moving the mana inside my first ring and move it and it actually did. It was on the outer layer with the smaller ring. I did the same with my other bigger ring and moved the smaller one closest to my ring. They were now evenly separated from each other.

-Now let's do one more thing. Your small ring is now closest to your core, so let's upgrade its density. You just need to push more mana into it, like you were filling up a basketball.

I did just that, I started to take mana from my core and started pushing it into my ring. It went slowly but eventually it started to actually suck my mana. It drained my mana incredibly fast, and I started to notice a little color change, it was getting darker and darker.

The sucking of mana however did not stop. I wanted to stop it, it was after all already dark blue. I cut off the mana from leaving my core and finally the sucking stopped. I was exhausted and my seemed to also be because I returned to my body.

I gathered some mana to fill my core and shot some lightning between my fingers. It now had a little bit darker color and was again more powerful.

-So... What's your answer brat?

I bowed and she was smiling.
