Hello! Yes, it is, I, Turtle.

Now, depending on your levels of patience, this is either a good, or bad update.

Now, I want to make one thing clear...

I HAVE NOT ABANDONED THIS FANFIC.

Even if I'm fucking sixty years old, I will finish this before I die. Cross my heart and hope to die, or whatever. Trust me, I think about this story a lot, to the point I'm fifty percent sure is waning on my sanity, but again, whatever.

Now, onto the actual announcement.

I'm going to take a hiatus. Why? Because currently, I am unsatisfied with the quality of the story. And while I am proud of having written it, I know I can do better now.

Not to mention that I want to change the game system, make it either more simpler, or more attuned to the world of Avatar. Also make it not as overpowered.

It's still gonna be a journey about Elliot/Kai, his struggle with losing basically everything, as well as his journey to the pinnacle.

It might be arrogant of me to say that I'm a better writer after five months of radio silence on this fanfic, but trust me, I've written a lot. Now that that's finished, I have one final request for you guys.

Please...

Please stop spending your spirit stones on my fanfic! I'm not even updating it currently!! You people need to learn not to spend recklessly. Plus, it's a fanfic, aside from getting it up in the rankings, it doesn't do much of anything.

Anyways, I'll answer your questions in the comments. Maybe even some spoilers, as, since I'm rewriting/editing it, there's definitely going to be some changes to what directions I've planned for the story to go.
