After Sasuke's teammates cleared the Shinsu barrier, he joined them and nodded at Ho. He then shifted his focus to the Regulars who were waiting behind the barrier, hoping to witness something interesting.
As time passed, most of the Regulars who were capable of passing had already done so, leaving behind a few who were either feeling hopeless or attempting to break through the impossible Shinsu barrier. One individual even went as far as to fight the test administrator with a sniper, but he was unable to withstand the Shinsu Concentration Leoro-ro had cast on him. Eventually, the Shinsu Wall test concluded.
Leoro-ro made an announcement, "Those of you who passed the test, make a line. The next test will be on a first come, first served basis."
Sasuke and his team got the last position in the line because Laure was sleeping like a pig and they had to drag him to the line.
When all the teams lined up, a blonde woman and a floating dog-like creature walked in with a yellow and black uniform.
"Hi! I'm the test guide, Yellowy," she cheerfully introduced herself.
"The test will be conducted one team after another. For the remaining teams, please wait and follow the guide robot's instructions." After her instructions, the first team entered a dark hallway leading to the test location.
Since their team was the last in line, Sasuke decided to sleep until their turn arrived. Even though he didn't feel sleepy or physically tired, he couldn't say the same for his mental health. Ever since he arrived, he hadn't gotten a single ounce of rest.
When three hours passed, Ho woke Sasuke and Laure up, as it was their turn.
They walked into a dark room with a large clock near the entrance and twelve red doors surrounding the room.
In the center of the room was a red folding screen and a man with long blonde hair tied in a bun, drinking coffee right before it.
Elegantly, he introduced himself, "Nice to meet you, Regulars. My name is Hansung Yu, and I'm the Administrator of your next test. I'm usually just a Test Director on Evankhell's Floor, but this time I'm in charge of this test."
"The test is simple. Do you see all these doors around me? Within ten minutes, find the real door and open it. If you open the real door, it will take you outside, and you will pass. But if you fail to open a door in ten minutes or opened the wrong door, you will die!"
"Shall we start the test?" he asked.
"Wait, you mean we will die if we fail?" Ho asked nervously, shocked by the test.
"Not today," Sasuke replied while kicking a nearby door open. The entire room turned green, while Ho's face turned red, furious and anxious from the near-death experience.
"Congratulations, you passed the test. Your team is the fastest to pass in this batch," Hansung Yu said joyfully, without any hint of surprise.
"Please don't do anything like this next time, Mr. Sasuke!" Ho pleaded while wiping his sweat.
Sasuke shrugged at his pleading and changed his focus to Hansung Yu.
"Can we leave now?" he asked, not wanting to stay near him anymore. Even though Hansung Yu didn't show any malice or reaction, Sasuke felt his Shinsu flow rather open by his Rinnegan, though it was just the excessive Shinsu around him. It was enough to terrify him.
"Good eye you have there," commented Hansung Yu, looking straight into Rinnegan. "And yes, the test is over, so let's say goodbye for now," he said, bowing and sending them off.
'I'm sure this bastard knows I'm an Irregular' Sasuke cursed in his mind and dragged the sleeping Laure to leave the room.
When everyone left, Hansung Yu walked back to his table and continued his coffee.
After crossing the door, they found themselves in another giant room with all the other teams that passed the test.
Sasuke found a free spot and sat there looking peaceful and calm because of the little sleep he had. If someone looked closely at Sasuke, they wouldn't find the restlessness and disturbance he had been going through before from the aura around him. He didn't have any unwanted thoughts and could think of a clear goal for now, at least in this test floor.
" I never thought just three hours of sleep would feel this refreshing, or was this Shinsu? " he thoughtfully pondered, checking the other teams. There were over twenty-five teams in this room.
"Sleep does wonder, right?" Laure suddenly woke up and asked Sasuke.
"Yes?" Sasuke didn't know how to react to this weirdo, who went back to his sleep after hearing his reply.
"Did you have enough rest, Regulars?" Leoro-ro suddenly walked in with Yellowy behind him.
"Oh, Leoro-ro!" Baam exclaimed happily from a corner.
"Haha, I came here with good news. I talked with the Test Director before I came here, and he told us to give you a bonus game!" Leoro-ro announced.
"Sorry, but it's not good for us to have more tests," Shibisu stood up and expressed his dissatisfaction.
"I'm sorry to hear that. The bonus game has nothing to do with the tests. It is up to each team to decide whether to play the bonus game. There is no penalty if you don't participate," Leoro-ro explained.
"But the winner of the bonus game gets to pass the Final Test of this Floor. They get the right to go straight to the next Floor," he added.
After Leoro-ro made this announcement, even the sleeping Laure woke up. All the Regulars fired up at this announcement and they made commotion at this.
"The right to go to the next floor? Then what about the remaining tests?" Khun eagerly questioned.
"They don't have to take them," replied Leoro-ro.
"This game is called 'The Crown Game.' I'll explain the details when we get to the game spot. Now, those who want to participate go to the left. Those who don't want to, go to the right."
Fourteen teams chose to participate in the Crown Game, while the rest did not, either because of injury or for their own reasons.
After the Fourteen teams gathered on the left, they suddenly blacked out and found themselves inside a Cage with a bench and a buzzer near the entrance.
"Now that you have all been transported to this location, I will explain the Crown Game," said Leoro-ro from the hall outside, gathering the attention of all the teams within their cages.
"The Crown Game is, in short, a game to steal the Crown. The team that holds the crown at the end of the game wins," Leoro-ro explained while holding a crown and standing near a throne at the center of the large room.
"This game consists of five rounds, and each round is ten minutes long. Only five teams can participate in each round, and the team with the crown at the end of the round proceeds to the next round. In the next round, four new teams and the previous winning team will compete for the Crown. The true winning team will be the one that holds the crown at the end of the fifth round.
In fact, you can finish the game early in each round by having one of your teammates sit on the throne while wearing the crown, before the five minutes are up."
"Oh, and one more thing, another team from a different test location will be participating," Leoro-ro added.
" Press the Red Buzzer to participate " after he explained even more short details and rules, he made a count of five to start the game.
" We will enter the first round " immediately Sasuke said, after waking Laure by snatching his pillow. While Ho, walked to the Buzzer and pressed it.
