Wedding planner:

"Well, Auntie, I hate to break it to you, but I think you've been misled," Utahime said with a teasing grin, leaning in closer. "Or maybe she's just pulling your leg. Either way, I know her like the back of my hand—I'm basically her sister."

Shoko tilted her head, skeptical. "Are you sure about this? She's the one getting married, after all."

Utahime's eyes sparkled with a hint of mischief. "Exactly! Which is why it's only fitting I take the reins. I know exactly what she needs, and I'm her best friend, aren't I?"

Your Mother, seeing the determination in Utahime's eyes, sighed with a smile. "Alright, sweetie, I'll let you take charge."

"Perfect!" Utahime beamed, clearly in her element. "Now, about the cake—"

Satoru's Mother began, "Vanilla would be nice, I think—"

"No!" Utahime cut in, raising her finger dramatically. "It has to be a lemon pie. Trust me, it's the only way to go!"

With that, Utahime had seized control of the wedding plans, and there was no turning back.

"No way, we need a cake, not a pie," your mother insisted, her arms crossed.

Satoru's mother, with a soft smile, suggested, "How about a lemon pie cake?"

Your mother frowned. "But my daughter doesn't even—"

Before she could finish, Utahime cut in, "Actually, she loves lemon pies. I ran into her earlier today when Satoru took her out. We got her a lemon pie to try again, and she rated it a solid 12/10."

Your mother paused, eyes narrowing. "I'll just call her and ask, to be sure."

Suguru, with a calm smile, said, "Auntie, if you call, she'll know something's up!"

Your mother sighed. "You're right, kid."

Satoru's close friends—Nanami, Haibara, Mei Mei—were all helping with the wedding plans, completely unaware of the rift between you and Utahime after the arcade incident. To them, you two were still inseparable, and they focused on making everything perfect for the big day.

"I think I should talk to her more, get to know her better for her wedding. We don't wanna mess anything up," Haibara suggested with a smile.

"You mean hers and Satoru's wedding?" Shoko teased, her eyes sparkling.

"Of course. We should keep teasing him," Haibara smirked.

Utahime shot them a glare with hidden jealousy. "Shut up, both of you. Haibara, do you not trust me? At least her mother does. So zip it."

Haibara rolled his eyes, unfazed, while Utahime stood firm. "I'm her other half, I know exactly what she wants."

They were all too focused on the wedding to notice the growing tension between you and Utahime, still blind to the trouble brewing just beneath the surface.

"Other half? You mean Satoru? Since they're tying the knot soon," Mei Mei grinned. "I'm so jealous."

Shoko raised an eyebrow. "Jealous? You got a thing for him or what?"

Mei Mei scoffed, tossing her hair. "Please, he's the ultimate bro—no romantic interest here."

Shoko smirked. "Uh-huh, that's why you're always flirting with him?"

Nanami chimed in with a grin. "Better cut it out, Mei Mei. He's about to get hitched."

Mei Mei laughed, leaning back casually. "Oh, don't worry. I'll stop. After all, I'm the one who respects him the most."

Her words had Haibara cracking up, and Suguru shook his head, chuckling.

"Anyway, how about a neon pink wedding dress?" Utahime grinned, turning to the group with a ridiculously wide, punchable smile.

"Ew! No way!" Shoko shot back. "That is definitely not the color for a bride!"

"Sweetheart, even if my daughter wanted that, I wouldn't accept it..." your mother replied with a disapproving frown.

Utahime just laughed. "Just kidding, Auntie." She winked before stepping out onto the balcony, rolling her eyes as she imagined the absolute worst wedding dress possible.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You remembered her—a soft-hearted classmate with short white hair, always wearing tiny rose clips, giving warm smiles to everyone, no matter how they treated her. "We should treat others the way we wish to be treated, right?" she'd say with a smile. "After all, we all have hearts, feelings, and souls. Am I wrong?" She believed even animals and bugs deserved kindness, as they all had families and lives to live. Her words stayed with you, making you feel refreshed. Her face, her movements, her voice—everything about her felt poetic. She inspired you to write poetry, though you kept it hidden under your pillow, knowing your strict mother would never approve of you doing anything other than being a good housewife to Satoru Gojo.
As you sat in Satoru's car, with him napping in his blindfold, you found yourself thinking of her. "Why was she so nice to me? Was she like that with everyone?"
Satoru suddenly stirred, pulling off his blindfold. "What are you babbling about? You woke me up. How annoying," he said, rubbing his eyes.
"Nothing," you muttered, looking away, embarrassed.
"I think I know who you're talking about," Satoru said, glancing at you.
You both said together at the same time. "Uraume."
"Jinx!"
"Double jinx!" you both said together for the second time.
"Triple jinx!?" Satoru exclaimed, feeling playful for the first time in a while.
"Nostalgia, huh?" you smiled.
"Yeah, 2016 was gold," Gojo said, leaning back in his seat.
"Ahem. Anyway... Did you think I forgot you're a cheater?" you asked, crossing your arms and looking away.
Satoru sighed. "I'm just waiting for you to move on from that."
"Fuck you," you said, aggressively trying to open the door of the car to get out. "Unlock this shit already," you demanded Satoru.
He was confused at why you got all burned up all of a sudden, but he unlocked it just for you. You never expected him to do it. You were expecting him to keep you in.
"You unlocked it? Fuck you even more," you said, giving him your middle finger. He grabbed your hand and sucked your middle finger. You freaked out, you screamed, and you got out the car.
"What kind of creature are you!?"
Satoru stepped out of the car, laughing. "I love your reactions. They're cute."
You crossed your arms, annoyed. "You're crazy. You're wild!"
He grinned. "I'll take that as a compliment. But seriously, why'd you get so mad when I said I was just waiting for you to move on from—"
You cut him off, voice rising in frustration. "Because when you hurt someone, you're supposed to apologize or beg for forgiveness! Someone like me! I'm your soon-to-be wife, for heaven's sake! You should at least be kissing my feet right now!"
Satoru smirked, his eyes locking onto yours. "Really?" he teased, stepping closer. You instinctively took a few steps back.
"Don't try to get away now," he said, his voice darkening. "You asked for it."
In a swift motion, he grabbed your forearm, pulling you toward him with a firm grip, his breath warm against your face.
💌 You didn't know you loved him...
