Beyond the Veil Mnemosyne

After what felt like a long day, they finally returned to the Sardes Hotel. 

Conrad and Meliora stood at the center of Lysandra's spacious office. But before that, both of them were granted the time to clean themselves up and get new clothes since their former were dirty.

Connie now wore a full-body black tracksuit which he only used whenever he was either exercising outside or training in the dojo. He had other sets of clothing, but he just wasn't in the mood to be busy deciding what to wear and just picked up the first thing that touched his hand. 

Mel on the other hand opted for a simple jacket along with a short skirt. 

—They now looked cleaner than when they had arrived. 

Lysandra sat behind her ornate desk, alongside her was her butler, Wilfred. Who silently observed the pair with keen eyes. 

Then, they began to relay the events that transpired during the mission.
