That is the last message. Yanlong guessed they are anxiously waiting by the door for her.

Yanlong carried her bag, entered the next shower. The soap stains on her body were dried over. Her head hurt. she set her bag to the corner, turned on the tap rather than shower.

After all, she's short enough to take bath under the tap now. she washed the slime off her body, and dried her self with the giant napkin.

What she has kept as table napkin cum table cloth is being used as towel now.

Then she shifted over to the fire closet, opened the door. There is a workman's stairs there. they entered a window less locked room which was supposed to have been broom closet, but is never quite used because it's annoying to climb all the way.

Entering the child sized room, she set her bag aside and pulled out the beach chair she bought. It is a cheap roadside version. It's perfect for the time being. She settled down on the chair, put her phone on silent, started typing away.

Yanlong - Girls..! I am not in a position to talk. Text only.

Yanlong - First, I sent an e-mail at four in the morning. Did you read it?

She has explained all about the apocalypse in the mail. She only hoped they believed her. She started from the first text Huomei sent.

Meibing - I read it.

The texts continued on after that. Yanlong advised them to create an ice prison kind of trap with the door opening into the prison.

they tied a single bell to a ruler. then Suyan spreads water on the floor on the ice tray created by Meibing.

Meibing freezes it as soon as zombie steps in.

When the zombie is frozen, Huomei burns the zombie.

She told them to cover one room after another, protecting their front and back with ice walls.

Yanlong - Above all, your lives are most important. In danger, run away and save yourselves first. Don't try to be a hero. Especially you, Huomei.

Yanlong - Also, don't even go out before you can execute the entire combo seamlessly.

Yanlong - Don't forget to wear the leather suits. Always arm your self, even when you are going potty. Always keep a watch.

Yanlong - Most important of all...

Yanlong - Trust none bur yourselves.

Yanlong sent another message Huomei separately.

Yanlong - Try to compress your fire power as much as possible to create an extremely hot disc instead of a fire ball. In time, fire ball might loose effectiveness, but there's nothing in the world a hotter and stronger fire can't burn.

Huomei - Come back, Yanlong. We will always worry about you.

Yanlong - Nope. I am safer where I am. Clear the dorms first.

Fortunately, they have all the weapons they bought, including bayonets. She did not think any of them had it in them to kill the zombie with a knife, but for now trapping it with ice and killing with fire is good.

They can not wait for the boys to rescue them. It will create all kinds of bad shenanigans.

Fortunately, three of them together killed the second zombie easily enough. Yanlong reminded them not to get over confident. First, they need to secure perimeter.

They blocked all the rooms and corridor with ice bars.

Then, they arrived at the bathrooms as Yanlong directed.

Yanlong could hear them outside.

They texted her often, but Yanlong did not answer.

They marveled for quite some time at the door that's almost burnt off.

Even Huo mei was surprised at the amount of damage she herself caused.

"Do you think someone touched this corpse?" Yanlong could hear Meibing ask.

"Look here, the ashes are removed only in one region." Suyan explored further.

"Let's just do what we came for and go." Huomei urged them.

She has a bad feeling, and she could not stop the guilt that she felt.

They filled all the water bottles and buckets as Yanlong has instructed them to. Suyan can indeed generate water, but having ready made water nearby greatly increased maneuverability of her power.

Theirs is the second room from the bathroom. So, they only had to block three rooms, the room in front of them, and the two rooms in between. Yanlongs instructions are clear.

Tie up the feet and hands of the people in their room. Block one room after another, repeat the process all the way through entire dorms. Be careful as they blocked doors. Danger can arrive at any moment from any side.

Meibing grasped her meaning fastest. She directed the other two to work with her, with Huomei as acting guard, Suyan and her self blocking door after door.

However, plans never progress smoothly.

As soon as they were about to step into the corridor, there's a zombie swiping at their faces. All three of them reacted at the same time.

The fire flashed, water whipped and frost creeped. Amidst all these, lightning crackled. It seems this zombie has lightning power. Unfortunately, the body was super heated, water almost exploded, only, the explosion froze half-way through.

The zombie did not die even with all three elements attacking, thus, it made its last ditch effort, that is shocking all of them. Who knew, despite all their IQ and team work, team 'alliance formed three minutes ago' got shocked three ways.

Fortunately, the first to recover is Huomei, who burned zombie's throat. Suyan, who recovered next followed up with a water fist to head, removing the head from the corpse directly.

They had a small discussion later, agreeing Huomei always does first attack, Meibing and Suyan will only act as support. On top of that, they agreed to practice water ball and frost ball. Huomei just had to practice burning neck away without destroying face, thus, they can identify the people.
