Iron Daisy

The king watched as the young man walked in following his son. He looks very young maybe 19 or 20. "Are you the one they call potion master?" The king asked Kai releasing his powerful aura.

Kai who had jut entered the throne room felt a wave of pressure slam on to him like a descending mountain. However, Kai is not weak. In fact he is in the golden core cultivation stage.

Kai didn't feel any pressure but decided to pretend to be affected to make the king happy. His forehead is suddenly covered in sweat, he seemed to be holding on to his body weight with sheer will. The king studied him and seemed satisfied with the outcome.

He withdrew his pressure and Kai is able to stand still without shaky legs anymore. Kai decided that from that moment on, he doesn't like this king.

"Good morning I am Kai. I trust you know why I am here?" His voice is steady and strong, not at all like the voice of someone who was struggling for his life a moment ago. The king considered that Kai is able to adapt easily and thought him a talented young man.

"I hear you know medicine and claim to be able to cure my concubine?" He asked Kai at once.

"I can cure her." Kai said lightly.

"Then get on with it." The tone is full of arrogance as if to order a servant around.

"Not before getting my payment." Kai said looking the king in his eyes.

"If my concubine dies you will follow her too." This came out as a growl and the familiar pressure descended again.

"I barely know her. Why should I die for a stranger?" Kai sneered.

The king increased intensity of the pressure but this time Kai just smiled and touched his bracelet, a thin blue light surrounded his body effectively shielding him from the king's attack.

No matter how much pressure the king aimed at him it didn't touch his body. The second prince looked at Kai with some amusement. He hasn't seen his father make that face in a long time.

"Are you defying your king?!" The king shouted.

"You have hundreds of these mines what's ten mines in payment for a life compared to that? Your highness don't be stingy. As a person who is good at his job, I deserve to be compensated for my skills. Otherwise I am dealing with bandits." Kai smiled when the king stood up in anger and a powerfull dark gold sword light shot towards him but is repelled by the barrier.

"What is that?" The king is stunned. The attack just now was a mistake, he had regretted attacking as soon as the light was released.

Kai bowed and turned to leave. "It seems we won't be doing business." Three guards stood on his path. But Kai disappeared from his position appearing outside the gates.

He went back to the inn and ordered breakfast. Knowing the human heart, that king will never come to apologize so Kai got ready to move his base of operations into the depth of a forest somewhere.

Just as he is deep in thought, the second prince entered followed by a few attendants. The entire inn became silent as everyone turned their attention to the figure by the door.

After looking around and finding what he is looking for, the second prince entered and sat across from Kai. Looking at Kai with a flat expression, he then cracked a smile commenting "Well... that was a disaster."

"I agree." Kai had changed the drinking cups for himself so when he lifted a glass to his lips, the orange juice inside is clear for everyone to see.

"I came to ask that you extend your stay in the capital. My grandfather is coming to meet and renegotiate with you." Arion Said and Kai nodded in agreement.

"How long?" He asked

"He'll be here tomorrow. But you have made an enemy of my father. Are you not worried?" Arion asked Kai who just shrugged.

"I never understood the concept of kingship." Kai shook his head.

"You're interesting. I have a problem myself, do you think you can help me?" There doesn't seem to be blame for the way Kai conducted himself in front of his father.

"Shouldn't there be a rule between the five families against inter marriage?" Kai had such knowledge at least.

"Father broke this rule when he claimed to have fallen in love with mother." Arion doesn't seem to believe in this reasoning.

Kai took out a pill and gave it to him. "This is a blood cleansing pill. It is meant to remove any impurities in the blood. The two bloodlines need to coexist in harmony for you to reap the benefits. Good luck."

Kai took it as a way to prove his claim as the potion master. When the second prince is saved so easily he will surely have more leverage in the negotiations with the Dawn king.

The second prince took the pill and went back to his castle. Upon arrival, he took the pill and waited. The blood cleansing pill is not the simple one made from normal ingredients from the medicinal herbs shop but is made from spiritual herbal planted in Kai's space.

The first thing to happen is the high fever. His blood began to feel like it is boiling and he couldn't take the pain and passed out.

What followed is the bleeding from all orifices but the blood coming out is mixed with filth. The second prince felt like this entire body is on fire. The good news is that it didn't take too long for it all to stop.

He finally passed out still bleeding but the intense pain is gone. A day quickly passed by and when the prince woke up he could turn into his fox beast and even other animals as he wished.

When midnight came by, he waited for his body to start turning but it didn't happen. The second prince broke down in sobs having finally gotten rid of the illness that has plagued him since he was born.

For the first time he fell sleep with a smile on his face. Happy to have met Kai that day. When his grand father came over in the morning the second prince told him what happened to him and the man was very happy about this news.

After finding out what the potion master wanted for payment, the old man decided to go find Kai because he didn't mind paying this price as long as his daughter is healed.

The king was not pleased to find out the presence of the Dawn king in his kingdom. However the king didn't bother seeing him and went straight to see Kai who is already waiting for them on the same table he was using the day before.

"I am Ashai of the Dawn kingdom. I hear you know how cure my daughter?" The man sat opposite Kai with a smile. He is wearing a blue shirt with long linen pants cream white in color.

The shoulders are wide, the height is almost two times Kai's own and the sheer raw muscle s almost bursting out of the shirt makes Kai stare wondering if the second prince was adopted.

The eyes are gray but the pupils look reptile like making him have a wild temperament. The hair color is however pure white making him look like an otherworldly beauty coupled with his gray eyes and white eyebrows.

"I can cure her but are you willing to pay the corresponding price?" Kai asked calmly after he finished feasting his eyes on the man's beauty.

"I know the list of what you want so let's go cure my daughter." The man slapped the table and stood up directly. Kai also followed the handsome older man.

After getting to the royal family, the old man picked up his daughter and with a wave of his hand, opened a portal stepping into it. Kai looking stunned followed behind.

Meanwhile, his chip analyzes the magic circles in the teleportation spell. Kai broke the spell down to a micro level and figured out how it works by the time the concubine now princess was settled down. It is a good thing his interface can not be seen by others.

"Arion, you need to decided which parent you want to go with." The old man said and Arion didn't even hesitate before following Kai into the portal just as the doors opened and the king burst into the healing chamber only to be met with a closing portal.

Coming out of the portal made Kai feel a little delicate with his head slightly buzzing but it passed quickly. The man put the concubine on a bed and turned to Kai.

"If you're unable to cure my daughter. I will kill you here today." A gloomy aura enveloped Kai who couldn't just shrug it off this time. It seems the old man is at least three times stronger than that fellow.

Kai took out a bowl of with white liquid inside and placed it near the woman's face.

As soon as the aroma of the soup of vitality entered the breathing woman's nostrils, there is a movement in her body.

Kai used his mental power to see inside her. The thing that has been feeding on her vitality slowly moved. It's removed its pincer like forcipules detached them from her organs as it moved towards to aroma.

It came out through her nose. It is a long centipede with many feet and a thin long body. It came out still having those bloody two front forcipules in the air searching for the vitality soup.

This thing after scanning it is a type of incect that feeds on vitality but never gets satiated or grow in body size after reaching adulthood. According to his database, it was exclusively nurtured and raised for this purpose by someone with knowledge on poison.

Kai watched it crawl towards the bowl but it entered a glass jar instead which Kai closed as soon as it is inside. Putting the jar on the old man's hands, then he spent some potions to remove the toxins left behind by the creature.

Only after a few days he could start feeding her the vitality juice mixed in with some water.

"What is that?" Arion couldn't suppress his curiosity and asked. Although his mother had still looked beautiful he could see signs of rapid aging.

"It is a soup of vitality. If she drinks this three to four times a day for three days she should be fine and all ther stolen youth will be returned to her." Kai explained.

"What exactly does that thing do?" Ashai asked remembering the thing in the jar with trepidation.

"It feeds of vitality causing fatigue and accelerated aging." Kai explained patiently.

"Where did you get that medicine, how come it drew the thing out?" The old man asked since it looks very suspicious.

"From a tree. This is vatality juice." When looking at the color of the soup Kai quickly took out a branch and showed them.

Indeed there is the same liquid coming out of the tree branch. The two people visibly relaxed.

Kai stayed and accompanied the sick woman while Zira waited for him in that hotel. She also used this chance to socialize and make connections in the nobles in the capital.

When the nth day ended, a caugh came from the bed and Kai hurried to help her sit up. The woman looked around the room with recognition. "This is my room back home. Am I dead?"

Just as Kai is about to answer, the second prince came inside and rushed to her. Kai got out of there taking a walk around the princess castle for the first time.

But three guards blocked his way as soon as he got outside the castle. Seeing this, Kai turned back and walked to the garden with many flowers and enjoyed the scene before talking into the room.

When he saw the concubine again she has change her clothes and is now sitting upright. "I hear you are responsible for my recovery?"

"I am getting paid handsomely." He said checking her condition. He then gave her a pill.

"This will cleanse and strengthen your internal system since that thing was base in the organs. But..." Kai hesitated.

"Your body may not be able to handle the process so maybe it's best you take it a month from now." Kai advised.

"But I feel well." She said looking puzzled.

"Be that as it may, that pill is very strong. It will make whoever take it suffer pain during the cleansing process." He said but the princess took the pill on the spot.

Kai stood up and took a step back. "Take her to her bathing pool and stay next to her incase she drowns." The maids did as told but even before she made it out of the room she puked black blood on the floor.

"What is that? Why is she puking blood?" Arion asked in a panic.

"She is being cleaned inside. That thing had been inside there for a long time there's bound to be residual effect. She will be fine don't worry." Kai explained and waited for the lady to come out.

When she came out she looked pale and weak. But Kai just gave her a nourishment soup made with space ingredients.

"This food is filled with magic." She said delighted. Not only is it delicious but it also helps her regain her strength.

"Alright, you are well now. I wish to leave with my payment." Kai said the next day. The old man gave him the ore mines title deeds and rights without any pleasantries.

Kai closed his eyes and opened a portal. It didn't lead to the royal family but in his hotel room. Looking at the surprise on the old man's face he smirked and entered the portal.

Just before entering the portal Arion told him nit to worry about his father as he had settled the matter. Kai is glad he quite like the place he lives in now. It would be a shame to move.

"That young man can use that kind of magic without any strains. You should befriend such seedlings." Ashai said but soon forgot about that as he went to see his daughter.

The princess recoverd completely a week later thanks to the pill she had taken before.

Kai had taken Zira back to the Bullhard county in his hover car.

The underground mine is surrounded by a light barrier to ensure it's power doesn't leak and make others aware of its existence.

The mining had long since began, now Kai has been processing the stone and putting it into the robots he created.

After leaving most of them behind he now have to restart the production of the cleaning robots but this time he is using the metal mixed in with the menghu ore to make artifacts.

This will help strengthen the body of the robot army. This is how Kai will help his world when the time comes, he will raise a mighty robot army that will not retreat in the face of danger.

There is confidence to deal with the demon army at that time without having to sacrifice many of the world resources to the kingdom like in the novel.

Months went by and Kai fell back into his usual routine. Zira had explained that she had been poisoned that night and then her clothes were taken from her with malicious intent. She had only escaped because of her background as a silver rank sword master.

Kai put the whole incident behind him and started creating the perfect army. One with the ore that will grant them mental energy and when working together with the magic stone will triple their abilities to manipulate magical power.

Inside his space many months later later he has created and modified 38 thousand absolute killing bots loyal to her and her twins.

At first he had harbored thoughts of raising an army in this world and when the invasion takes place he can just show up with a new army but human armies involved too much politics.

Master Zhan came out of the space to explore the world after being upgraded. With a large sword on his back he walked slowly towards the distance.

Kai couldn't help being emotional. This way his robots will grow individually and come back with experiences to be downloaded and studied by the rest.

Because they now have mental capacity I have to put them to sleep before they are summon for battle. These are no longer suitable to be called the red bolts but now they are the iron daisy platoon.

Kai had stopped because it is time to make use of his mines given by Dawn former king, he is in need of those ore stones which is why he is taking a long trip to mine and continue with his production process.

Kai left his many tasks to the robots and some human employees including some of the orphans who had decided to work for the iron daisy.
