Pyrrha and Neopolitan got into their combat stances as they circled each other. The two have sparred against one another before, thanks to their common connection with Silva. They were familiar with each other's tricks. As they circled one another, Pyrrha suddenly lashed out at her side, which revealed Neopolitan sneaking with the use of her Semblance as she blocked the polite spartan's strike with her parasol. The tri-colored girl grinned as she took off the curved handle of her weapon, and it turned into a pink Aura saber.
Neopolitan charged at Pyrrha to engage in melee combat, and the polite spartan had her javelin shift into its xiphos form to match the tri-colored girl. As they clashed, Neopolitan had the other end of her parasol shift into its short spear form to try and sneak attack Pyrrha, but the polite spartan leaped away and then tossed her shield like a disc. The tri-colored girl used the wide concussive blast of Hush to move out of the way immediately, then used her Semblance again to disappear from sight.
Pyrrha's shield returned to her thanks to her Semblance, then spread her senses to use Polarity to feel out Neopolitan's weapon hidden by Overactive Imagination. A moment later, the polite spartan used Miló's rifle form to shoot at the hidden tri-colored girl breaking the solid illusion again. Pyrrha's ability to sense magnetic metal, thanks to her evolved Semblance, made her a bad matchup for Neopolitan's stealth tactics. The tri-colored girl extended her parasol to block the shots from the polite spartan's gun.
Neopolitan charged at Pyrrha with Hush raised to block the gunshots, then used the wide Aura blast of her weapon to launch herself into the air and strike at her opponent with her Aura saber. The polite spartan triggered the upgrade Silva provided for Akoúo, and it spread a red protective Aura film from the golden shield. The pink and red Aura weaponry clashed against one another resulting in a phenomenon Silva refers to as Aura rebound. When two or more projected Auras clashed against one another, their collective reflection qualities caused an explosive force to form and blast each other away.
As Neopolitan and Pyrrha were forcibly separated from one another, they got ready for another clash. The announcer then said this to stir the excitement of the audience.
" LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WHAT A FIERCE BUT BRIEF CLASH BETWEEN THESE TWO LOVELY LADIES!"
The tri-colored girl and polite spartan smiled at one another as they enjoyed their fight, and Pyrrha said.
" You know, Neo, I think I would have honestly enjoyed being on the same team as you if you had any intention of attending Beacon with Silva and me."
Neopolitan shrugged with a smile as if to express it couldn't be helped. The polite spartan then suggested to the tri-colored girl.
" Neo, how about we make a friendly wager?"
Neopolitan gestured for Pyrrha to go on.
" How about the winner makes a request for the loser to fulfill within reason, of course?"
The tri-colored girl smirked as she nodded in agreement at the wager, which made the polite spartan give a rare sly smirk as she said.
" Don't back out now, Neo!"
The stage started to rumble as Pyrrha was clad in a black film and pulled out a massive amount of iron sand from the ground and sent a wave of it at Neopolitan. Over the years, Pyrrha and Silva have sparred and chatted with one another. The snow leopard faunus pointed out the full possible potential of the polite spartan's Semblance and even helped her achieve it to ensure that if she does come face to face with Cinder, their fight will go down very differently than in the canon. The tri-colored girl felt tricked by her sort-of friend and could already guess what Pyrrha wanted of her.
Neopolitan raised her parasol over her hand to brace for the wave of iron sand. She internally grumbled at losing the bet since she knew she could not counter the attack sent to her. The tri-colored girl's Aura meter hit red, which signaled her loss, but the crowd was quiet as they had never seen Pyrrha use such a massive move before in her previous fights. The announcer shook out of his stupor and said.
" WHAT A TURNABOUT, LADIES, AND GENTLEMEN! PYRRHA NIKOS HAS GIVEN US ONE LAST SURPRISE BEFORE SHE GRADUATES FROM SANCTUM ACADEMY, AND I AM PROUD TO ANNOUNCE OUR THREE-TIME CHAMPION OF THE MISTRAL REGIONAL CUP, THE UNTOUCHABLE GODDESS OF VICTORY, PYRRHA NIKOS!"
The crowd went wild at Pyrrha's victory, and the polite spartan dug Neopolitan out of the iron sand and said with a friendly smile.
" I look forward to seeing you at Beacon, Neo."
The tri-colored girl huffed in annoyance, and the polite spartan placated her.
" Come on, Neo, it'll be fun. How about I treat you to all the ice cream you can eat?"
That put Neopolitan in a better mood as she followed Pyrrha with the intent of making her lose all her Lein in petty revenge by filling her five stomachs (actually just one) with ice cream.

I, Silva Branwen, am now checking out Patch Island to see what the current population of Grimm, specifically Beowolfs, looks like to see if the Red Trailer is going to happen or not. So far, it seems like there is a high concentration of young Beowolfs on the island, nothing Ruby couldn't handle, so I decided to leave things be for now. Since I am here, I think I will visit the Xiao Long-Rose family to see how things are going. My relationship with Ruby is fairly simple; we can be considered friends, especially since I trust her enough to enter my labs to tinker with weapon designs.
The little cookie monster heavily upgraded her Crescent Rose with my tech after I let her do what she wanted at my lab in Vale for her birthday. Ruby's weapon is now a rail gun sniper rifle that mech-shifts into a scythe with a thermal edge powered by Aura and outfitted with thrusters that allow limited flight capabilities to Ruby and compliments the original fighting style she learned from Qrow. I smiled at the memory of Ruby flying around on her weapon like a witch on a broom and crashing, a lot, into trees.
My relationship with Yang is... more complicated. She tolerates my relationship with her mother, Raven but only to a degree. The fiery blonde tries to ignore me for the most part, but she really does not approve of my friendship with her little sister, as she seems to think that I am aiming for her. Well, she is not completely wrong, but I am waiting for Ruby to grow up first and mature before even considering approaching the young silver-eyed warrior with romantic intentions. As I headed to the Xiao Long-Rose residence, I heard the sound of gunfire.
I went to check it out and saw a large Ursa fighting some familiar faces. I had my weapon, Snærkló, in hand as I charged at the large Grimm and bisected it with ease. I turned to face Yang and Ruby to ask.
" You two, alright?"
" Yeah... But I had it handled!"
The blonde grumbled, and the little cookie monster smiled as she greeted me.
" Hey, Silva! What brings you here?"
" I just happened to be in the neighborhood, Ruby, and decided to see how you are doing."
" I am doing great, Silva! Yang is going to attend Beacon next semester. Oh, I can't wait to attend myself!"
" Be careful what you wish for, Ruby; you might get it in a way you don't expect."
I shoot the breeze with Ruby as I followed her back to her home, and Yang kept silent as I could feel her glare on my back. The blonde really does not like the fact I am screwing with her mother, but I can live with that. I spent a bit more time with the little cookie monster before I headed back to Forever Fall manor.
