The next day, Sebastian was visited by Jylan once again, and this time, he didn't even sit down. The potion from yesterday was somehow still going, so Sebastian, who was a bit confused but still able to stand just fine, sat on the floor and gazed at him. He was used to seeing the butler making faces - after all, unlike himself, it was easy to see what the butler was feeling at any given moment. 

Sebastian was used to seeing grins, smiles, and even expressions of worry. But today, Jylan's face was flat and devoid of emotion. His lips were a thin line, and his eyes were lifeless. He didn't move either - he just stood there, frozen and stiff as a board. It was unfamiliar to Sebastian, but then, trying to break the silence, he said, 

"Are you a statue, Jylan?"

Jylan didn't even blink. He was standing up straight. 

Finally, the door closed behind him, and suddenly Jylan instantly stopped being stiff and sagging into a much more comfortable posture. A worried look spread over his face, but Sebastian, who had gotten used to Jylan being still, screamed at the sudden movement. Then the butler looked at him and raised a hand towards the roof. Sebastian took it as the word 'keep screaming', which was correct. So he used his terrible singing pitch to scream a second time, and Jylan started waving his hands frantically. Sebastian screamed louder, and then Jylan suddenly stopped and walked over to him. 

Sebastian, who was confused, didn't move until Jylan was standing right over him, his hands on the wall right next to his head. And then he thought they were kissing, so he closed his eyes and didn't move. 

Then, it turns out, Jylan pulled out a brick from right behind him, causing the rest of the bricks in the wall to also collapse, opening up a secret passage that led out. Jylan adjusted the buttons on his suit and pulled the bandana he was wearing over his nose, but even then Sebastian could see his amused smile. He could also feel his ears and face turning bright red. Jylan winked, causing a further blush to creep up his cheeks.
