The miniscule mana still combusts, of course, mana isn't flammable by nature. It was all because of the alchemy process using your consciousness strings of turning the available mana into carbon and hydrogen, and it was all using the same mana that was used to fuel the flame.
The flame is rather uncontrollable. You want to create a denser fireball which is really tricky to do it the first time. What does it need to condense plasma such as fire to be smaller while having the same mass? Something really bright, and hot.
The Sun.
You remember that the giant fireball in the sky does have the gravity to keep all the mass and molecules together, and your fireball too is no different. It needs a magnetic core, by hacking and brute combining all you know about magnetism and ferromagnetism circuit, you're creating a very unique virus vessel that works like a planet core, pulling everything into the center and it does happen with all of the combustion flame.
Because of the new virus core, hydrogen atoms compress and fuse together, creating helium. A process known as 'Nuclear Fusion'. As the gases heat up, atoms break apart into charged particles, turning the gas into plasma, and it repeats. With every fuel you feed into the bluish hue red mini sun, the size becomes bigger and bigger. You're also increasing the gravity with the growth of the flame density.
It takes you 10% of your mana until this point.
'Sun Creation Spell' knowledge acquired.
It's hot! Extremely hot! You push forward the dense fireball to the front 3 meters in front of you by moving the core formation within the virus vessel core, a small fireball that doesn't look so small anymore. The virus vessel probably has become an extremely small and hot ball of magma by now, though it is still a mystery of why the circuit formation remains to exist and working. Either that the circuit is metaphysical, or the property used to create the circuit is more crazy than you think.
The fortified floor turns bright yellow, with each passing second you might end up destroying the floor instead!
"That is a very dangerous fireball," says Seizequill. "Make sure you don't end up destroying the facilities!"
You only shrug your shoulders from the excitement, especially from the thought of this dangerous fireball in-between both of your palms might collapse at any moment. High concentration is a pain, and it is still a mystery of what will happen if it meets with the target pillar. Will the sun create a smaller version of supernova!? That will be dangerous, you need to replicate what Hagel did to concentrate the flame and minimize the energy explosion.
It is obvious as hell that the moment the core meets with the pillar it will be the very doom of everything around the structure. Now you're sweating from the anxiety of possible chances you'll screw up.
'I don't know how to make a forcefield yet, shit, what to do? What to do? What to do?!'
Out of concern, you tinker some of the idle virus vessels and infect the oxygen instead. It is hard but you've managed to do the stupidest idea, condensing a thick layer of air when the energy release occurs.
'Here we go!'
You blast the 'fireball' away, it collides with the target pillar and shrinks before releasing the built up plasma. Scalding, the shockwave is so immense that you need to plant blood roots connected to your feet to maintain your position while being terrified of how big the explosion is. The air barrier shrinks the static explosion for ten seconds. The scorching field disperses right after and leaves a damaged floor as the target pillar took 6 seconds to regenerate, then holographic red numbers appear on top of it.
25,777 points.
It takes 40% of your total mana to pull off that move, and now it sure as hell convinces hundreds of spectators today that you're one of the Primordial. Even though you're not.
Hagel's lower jaw is hanging, waiting to be pulled. Seizequill playfully puts back his jaw into its place after a happy dance.
"Welp, there is this nice expedition on a faraway land for a labyrinth exploration near Vajra Citadel, it will take 2 weeks to go there! I already commanded the rest of your squadron to get some nice rest for a week, so you will go there alone with a stranger after meeting up with the rest unit on Kratos Citadel!"
The happy Ferrakhian taps the shoulder of the pitiful Aiseirighian, whispering into his ear, "And don't forget to transfer half of the reward to my account, kay~?"
"...Okay."
You can see Hagel's soul leaving his body.
Seizequill comes to you and taps the shoulder of your petite figure. "Thanks for the amazing stunt! Let's split the profit half and half when Hagel comes back."
"I will appreciate it if you use that to fix the floor instead."
The target pillar is overpowered, it regenerates as soon as it was destroyed, an intricate formation with high amounts of mana must be needed to maintain this Test Range. 'Replicating the pillar mechanism' will be on your list on what you want to do next below the 'taming the garrulous centipede Calamity' and probably the 'becoming a food gourmet'.
People are crowding the space near you, talking about the collateral damage you caused. You're pretty much the center of attention within the entirety of this floor. It feels nice and embarrassing, and you're relieved that you didn't accidentally kill someone. It's all nice and dandy until a floating crimson devil arrives in your peripheral vision.
"Oy! Buckaroo! Having fun without me, ey?" says Lues
You show her your sour smile, telling that everything is alright, "Definitely."
"Fetalis, what should I do now?"
"I need to record your offensive potential, please be hostile with the target pillar in the middle of the square," says the tall Aiseirighian that accompanied Lues the whole time.
"Gotcha."
Everyone is watching, because you both have the same gothic lolita getup, the expectations are wilder than the wild west as it suffocates the air.
Mildly airborne, the vampiric devil does the gun gestures with her right hand and shifts her shoulder to aim at the target pillar. A thin crimson beam is shot at the speed of sound, injecting the pillar with a spider veins pattern as the red lines overwhelms 5% of the inanimate victim periodically until everything on the pillar's surface is bright red.
The eerie spectacle goes on just like that for half minutes until the color dissipates and a glitched rows of holographic numbers materialize above the pillar.
The number shows 99,999.
