In the third floor, waiting in his father study room, James calmly sit down while thinking how to convince his parents to agree with his plan. In U.S, minor is bound by series of limitation, like work permit, to be able to work as a minor must be represent by his or her parents or guardian, still have to attend school, can't start a big business and registered it, can't have a credit card either for private or for business, and finally can't have and manage his or her own assets. For James, this stumble block is the most concern right now. If James will start working or starting his business, all of these won't be on his own name but his parents' and the income will count on as his parents' too. James absolutely can't accept that and has to avoid it. Not because he didn't trust his family, but his plans all of them will be layout as a deep foundation for his future business and steps to achieve an absolute impact on all of U.S economy, culture, and political sectors. To achieve that James need two wheels to run at the same time, one was his father's News Corp. and another would be his own. Just like the fearless Koch family. The real reason Koch family in later years can still privatize their "sensitive" business sectors was because of their relentless support and lobby to the both The Dems and The Reps, so nobody can touch them even the white house itself but right now the Koch not the one in the later. So, to build this intricate relationship is what James wanted to copy right now. James knew his father started to support the reps and already have strong support from The Reps in the Senate, so his mission will be to achieve strong voice in the Dems. However, in such cases where a child's needs are not provided for by a parent, a child will often be deemed a ward of the state and have a court appointed guardian placed in the role of the parent.

But for James case with the still alive, healthy and caring family to be emancipated he has to be actively make a petition to the court and the if accepted still have to follow the next hearing to be decided capable of self-sufficiency and taking responsibilities of himself and the others.

While thinking, James didn't realise both his parents already enter the study room. Looking at his absent-minded son, Rupert asked

" what were you thinking? "
