Liam's POV
I took a deep breath. Inhaling, and exhaling. Trying to steady my heartbeat.
This would go well, all according to plan. I was at the front door of Savannah's home, ready to knock on the door, so she knew I had arrived.
After a brief phone call before we set off, I had told Savannah I wanted to finish what we started and give her my end of the bargain. She seemed incredibly keen, which didn't surprise me.
I knew I was safe. Julian and Nathaniel were at the back of the house, ready to sneak in to defend me. Celeste was in the car.
As I looked back, I saw her silhouette sitting in the back seat. I asked her to lay low, just in case Savannah had spotted her, and I made a signal for Celeste to stoop lower than she was.
Taking myself back to the door, I noticed shifting from behind the glass and Savannah answered.
