"I need to go back," Safira said with confidence, as the puzzle pieces of her plans fitted together in her mind, "Archer, you're coming with me."
"What? Go back? Luna Safira, I think it would be best if you stayed here. If you go… there's no telling what they would do to you!"
He grabbed onto her hand and pulled her back to face him. Archer placed his hand across his heart and made a heartfelt plea.
"Whatever you wish to do, let me do it. Let me go in your stead," he volunteered.
Safira shook her head, "Absolutely not. I'm the only one who can do this. If you do this, they will execute you."
"Then so be it," Archer urged, willing to sacrifice anything for her, "I am your personal guard, I pledged my loyalty to you."
Safira placed her hands on Archer's shoulder.
"Have you forgotten you're not alone anymore?" She reminded him earnestly, "What's going to happen to Diana if you do this? Have you thought about how she would feel? How am I supposed to face her?"
