VIOLET Muller sat on the couch while Alpha Nathaniel was beside her. I frowned when I saw her try to hit the Alpha but her hands were then bound by an invisible force. She huffed and sat down again, looking angrily at Alpha Nathaniel.

“What happened?” Tara asked beside me.

“She wouldn’t come,” Alpha Nathaniel briefly explained, then stood up and went near the window.

“Please tell him to release me,” Violet said, looking at me.

I looked at Alpha Nathaniel. “I thought you really didn’t need her to go on with the Veil?”

“The more, the merrier,” he answered, making me scowl at him.

“Can you please let go of her hand,” Tara asked Alpha Nathaniel.

He just sighed then flicked a hand towards Violet and she was able to move her arms again. She looked ready to explode as she gave Alpha Nathaniel a sharp stare.

“Where’s Alpha Oscar?” I asked as me and Tara moved to the couch opposite Violet.
