Chapter 6

After parting with the handsome stranger. Who encourages her and lightens her foul and sour mood, which she has because of our handsome and rude, overbearing Qin Shiyan. Li Rui reaches back to the side of the terminal passenger waiting area to look for her younger sister, Li Mengying.

Li Rui impatiently glanced for an upcoming passenger from the other side, but to her surprise, she could not see her sister, Li Mengying, getting out from there.

"Where are you Li Mengmeng?" Li Rui wonders to herself in her mind as her curious eyes wander around searching for her younger sister Mengmeng.

"It's ok! Maybe she is in the last seat, that's why she is taking so much time." Li Rui reassures herself. When she could not find her sister.

Would she be able to find her? Maybe she had missed her?

Li Rui waited there for almost half an hour for her sister, but no one appeared outside as she waited for the person. When all the passengers were arriving, but not her, the one for whom she waited.

Did she waste her time? Because of an unexpected encounter with Qin Shiyan.

"It's my fault," she wondered in her thoughts. Although she was behind Qin Shiyan, for that brief time, passengers could not come.

Then where did she go?

In all this, she saw that little boy, who was crying a moment ago, was now happy. His face was radiant with happiness as he was enjoying the company of his dad now.

"Dad! I miss you so much," the boy said, running in his father's direction. He hugged the man, who was coming from the opposite side.

"Me too, I miss you so much, my baby," and the father of the kid declared and lifted the child in his arms towards the upward. When he returned, his son's kiss on his cheeks with amusement.

And the family left from the airport with smiles on their lips. Li Rui saw the joyous reunion of family, and a little smile formed on her thin lips. But somewhere inside, she was envious to see the happy family. Which she did not have.

She always craved and yearned for that kind of family.

Almost all the passengers were out and the waiting area became vacant as people were going with their loved ones. 

But her sister was nowhere to be seen. 

"Why didn't she come out?" Li Rui let out in the panic, as it's already taken too much time. Li Rui took out her phone and dialled Li Mengying's number so she could talk to her.

Li Rui was anxious.

Has something happened to her? Many wild thoughts were dominating her mind.

"The number you dialled out of the network coverage area, or maybe the owner has switched off her number," only a machine girl's voice could hear out from the call.

"Why isn't her number able to reach?" Li Rui said and again looked with hope in the terminal direction, to see that maybe Li Mengying would come.

"It's all my imperfection," she could not capture Li Mengying. Regardless, whether she was there or not, Li Rui now regretted the argument that happened between her and Qin Shiyan.

"No, it's all his fault," but she blamed him.

"I should try my mother's phone number, and ask her, does Ming reach home or not? '' Li Rui dialled her mother's number.

Thinking, getting information about Li Mengying from her side.

 It rang two or three times  ... beep....beep... but … no one had picked the call.

 Did Qin Shiyan do something?

Does he have a hand in this? The disappearance of Li Mengying?

What can he do with this instant? so soon?

Impossible!...

Impossible!...

There were always side effects and fear involving wealthy people. They can use their powers to deal with those who have crossed them, intensely or not.

"Why does a mother not pick up her phone?" Li Rui dialled her number again, but this time, after a long ring, her mother finally picked the call.

"Mother, did Mengmeng arrive?" Li Rui asked worriedly, forgetting the other thing, and immediately wanted to know the Li Mengying status. Was she at home or not? As Li Rui scratched her forehead with one finger.

She was worried about her safety.

"Why do you want to know? Have you not found her? You say you will go to pick her up, then why are you asking me this question?" her mother, Qian Chiao, asked in annoyance. When she learned that Li Mengying was not with Li Rui.

"Mother, I came here, but I did not find her," Li Rui replied. Knowing this, it would infuriate her mother when she would hear this stupidity and blunder replies of Li Rui. Yet, she confesses the truth like a simulated child. who does not want to disappoint her mother.

"Then where would she go?"

"Then don't come home, without bringing Mengying home" After saying this, Qian Chiao cut the call leaving Li Rui stunt with her word.

How could a mother say this to her child? Not to come home, but Li Rui better knows the reason behind this.

Till now, in all this year, she understands her mother well.

She believes Qian Chiao can say something unpleasant like that to her.

Li Rui stared at the blank screen of her phone with the uneven look and her mood turned back to sour, and she said while clutching her phone tightly in her hand, "where did you go Mengmeng".

Li Rui was worried and searched for her younger sister, while on the other hand, someone was enjoying her stay at home happily ever.
