Chapter 14: Major Breakthroughs

Athena: "Well I need the iron for an ar-actually no it's a surprise for when you reach the Energy Foundation Stage."

Gold: "Ok...."

Gold then headed to his room to try and break through to the next level.

Gold knew that he needed 3 more cycles to break through and decided to test how long and much of a multiplier the ki rotations have.

Gold sat down and swallowed one of the pills and started circulating the ki around his body. After about 2 hours which was time it took for 4 normal ki rotations, the pills effects ended and Gold then felt the comfortable feeling again. Suddenly though Gold felt a massive ki boost in his body and knew he had made a breakthrough. Gold then went and tested his power on a training dummy.

When Gold got to the dummy he punched with full force and realized he wasnt just at the 2nd level of the Body Enhancement Stage. He was at the 3rd level instead.

Gold: "Holy Sh*t! I just skipped the 2nd level and broke straight through to the third level."

Gold then checked how far in to the 3rd stage.

Gold: "I'm half way through, making me a middle level stage 3. I need about 9 more rotations till I break through again."

Gold then thought to himself about how overpowered the pills he bought were.

Gold: "Those pills gave me a 4x multiplier with a time span of 2 hours, Jesus Christ."

Gold looked at the pills I'm amazement and then remembered something in a pill catalog before.

Gold: "Wait a minute ki rotation pills are only supposed to give a 2x multiplier for 1 hour. What are my pills then?"

Gold inspected the pills and thought maybe some supreme alchemist made those pills or they were just mutated.

Gold: "Whatever I'll take it, more value for me."

Gold then decided before doing anything else he should solidify his foundation before he tries to break through again or just train."

***Kitchen***

2 hours later Snow and Jane returned to the house and met Athena.

Snow: "Madam Athena me and Senior Jane have returned."

Snow then bowed to Athena and Jane just waved her hand at her.

Athena: "Welcome back you two, how was the trip?"

Snow: "It wasn't hard Senior Jane just wanted me to learn the basic survival skill of living in the wild. I didn't even need to fight any wild beasts. I just learned how to start fires, avoid beasts, hunt weaker beast, and stuff like that."

Athena: "Oh that's good. Now we won't have to worry as much if you get lost in the forest now."

Snow: "Mh hm."

Athena: "Any ways go to Gold's room he was wondering where his little girlfriend was."

Athena smirked as she said that looking at Snows reaction. Snow was blushing and her face was all red.

Snow: "M-m-m-m-m-mada-da-dam p-p-please d-d-d-don't j-j-joke a-a-around l-l-l-l-like th-th-th-that."

Athena: "I was only only joking. Look at you blushing, you probably like the idea."

Snow's face flushed and she ran to Gold's room. Jane looked at Athena the rolled her eyes and shook her head.

Athena: "What? They need to get together, they'd be really cute together."

Jane: "Whatever."

As they were talking they heard a loud scream coming from Golds room.

Snow: "HOW THE FU*K!!!"
