Chapter 18 A Date (Rewrite)

After they finished their lunch, Jack, Kuune, Durel, Chaika, and Melwin went back to the Mothership where others are left inside the house. The people inside the house can be seen helping Kanda to sort all the letters and packages that they received in the morning.

"Um...where should I put this package, Eris-san?" Asked Aoi while holding a package.

"Well...please put that in this box, Aoi-san?" Said Eris as she points at a box beside her.

"How about this letter, Eris-san?" Asked Kio as he holds a letter.

"Who is it from?" Asked Eris.

Kio looks at the letter for a moment before he says, "It doesn't write anything in the letter."

"Just leave it inside that box labeled 'unknown sender' for awhile." Replied Eris as she points at another box beside her.

"Ano, Kanda. Can I ask you something?" Said Manami as she looks like holding her anger.

"What is it, my friend, Manami?" Said Kanda lazily as he lean on the couch while holding a glass of water in his hand.

"WHY ARE YOU LAZING AROUND?!!! Others are helping you but you just laying down on the couch." Shouted Manami furiously.

"Oh, my friend, Manami. You see...that you're had been hired as a part of the team in this embassy and as your boss, I could kindly order you to work for me which is your job currently to help them.

"KUUHHH!!! If not that I'm still being wanted by others, I will quit this job." Said Manami and she clenched her fist.

"Kinjou-san, please just forgive Ichijou-kun as he was still tired from all of the past events so let him rest for a while." Persuaded Aoi at Manami.

"Ah~ I know that I can count on you, Aoi-chan." Praised Kanda before he glances at Manami and says, "Not like a certain person who just complains but not help her friend."

"Aoi, although he accepts your confession, please don't spoil him too much." Said Manami to Aoi as she sighs.

Aoi stutters as she says, "Ma-Manami-san, what are you talking about? I'm just following his order as he is my superior right now and it's not related to my confession or anything else."

"It's fine, Manami-san. This job is much easier compared to his job when he facing those people in the meeting room." Consoled Eris to Manami.

"I know, Eris. It's just that I'm a bit irritated when I see that he just relaxing on that couch." Said Manami.

Then, they spent about an hour sorting all those things into multiple categories which will be view by Kanda as he is an ambassador and responsible to respond or not towards those things.

Next, is his turn where he spends about an hour and a half checking all of the content inside those things. Eris also helps him by making some tea for him to drink as he works.

"YESSSS~ Finally, I had finished all of this damnation." Exclaimed Kanda as he stretches his body.

"Good work, Ichijou-kun." Said Aoi as she places sandwiches in front of him.

"Thank you, Aoi-chan." Thanked Kanda to Aoi.

"What's we need to do next, 'Mr. Ambassador'?" Asked Manami as she emphasizes her word on his title.

Kanda thinks for awhile before he stands up from his seat and says, "Hmm...we should go to date."

"A DATE?!!!" Exclaimed everyone as they heard Kanda's words.

"Of course. I need to spend some time with Aoi-chan and Eris after they had confessed to me before." Said Kanda as he looks at Eris and Aoi.

Eris and Aoi just smiles shyly as they heard Kanda. Kanda immediately wraps his arm around Manami's shoulder and whisper something to her, "Manami, you can use this chance to spend time with Kio."

Manami looks at Kanda's face before she whispers, "Why I should spend time with him?"

Kanda sighs as he says, Manami, you know right that you need to be aggressive a little bit. His dumbskull, you're already know about it so you need to inform him that you're loving him or do you want to wait for him to confess to you?"

"O-Of course. He needs to confess to me first and not the other way around." Said Manami as a matter of fact.

"And? What's the chance that he will confess to you first?" Asked Kanda to Manami as he raises his eyes.

"Urrgghh..." Stumped Manami on her words.

"None, right? That's why you need to confess to him first." Said Kanda as he persuades Manami.

Manami sighs before she says, "Fine, I will do, this date."

Kanda nods his head as he says, "That's what you need to do."

After ending their silent conversation, Kanda separates from Manami and informs Eris and Aoi to prepare themselves for a date. They happily complied and quickly goes to their room to choose their best clothes.

~30 minutes later.

"Yo, Kio. You're already done." Greeted Kanda as he waits in front of the front door.

Kio sighs as he nods before he says, "Yes. And why did I need to go on this date too? I don't see the point for me on this date."

Kanda can be seen wearing a black jeans with a red short sleeve shirt and wearing a watch on his wrist. For Kio, he can be seen in an unbuttoned orange short sleeve shirt with a white inner shirt and black three-quarter pants.

"Well, just take a rest for yourself, Kio. We will go double date, well maybe triple date as I will go with Aoi and Eris but you will accompany Manami later." Said Kanda to Kio.

"Why I need to go with Manami-chan? Why doesn't she go with you as well?" Said Kio before a fist heavily knocks on his head.

*SMACK*

"Why you hit my head that hard, Ichijou-san?" Grieved Kio as he rubs his head.

"You know, Kio, I'm really angry at you right now. Anyway, just follows my order and accompany Manami, or else, I will expose all of your collection to the people in our neighborhood." Said Kanda as he threatened Kio.

Kio silent for awhile before he says, "Fine..."

~5 minutes later.

The girls come out and they currently are wearing some good-looking outfits. Today, Eris is not wearing her usual body-tight suit but a red knee-length one-piece dress which gives her a provocative look. The dress also had been accompanied by a white cardigan that covers her shoulder. Her cleavage can be seen on the clothes due to her huge breast.

Next is Aoi where she is wearing a white knee-length one-piece dress which gives her an innocent look. She also carries a white handbag to accompany her clothes.

Lastly, Manami is wearing a pair of short blue jeans that give a full view of her cream-like color thighs. She also wearing a red crop top which reveals her stomach and her big breast also raises her crop top which gives sexy allure to her.

"Wow! Just wow! I'm really speechless to say anything. Eris, you look so provocative right now, who teaches you to wear this? Aoi-chan, you're also beautiful and have a pure looking when you're wearing that clothes. For Manami, well...as I already have an idea of what you're wearing but I must say that you're really good in that outfit. What you say, Kio?" Praised Kanda before he nudges Kio's side.

"Yes, everyone here is so beautiful." Said Kio as he amazed with the girls' appearance.

"Thank you, Kanda-san, Kio-san. Chaika is the one who's teaching me about these clothes as she heard about these cloth in a magazine." Said Eris as she told about Chaika's help.

"Thank you for your compliment, Ichijou-kun, Kakuzu-kun." Said Aoi politely as she thanked the boys.

Manami just harrumphed to her side but slight smile on her face shows that she is happy with the boys' praise.

After that, they come out together into two group where Aoi, Eris, and Kanda walk in front while Kio and Manami about 5 feet behind them.

First, they went to the park and order some ice creams where Kanda sharing the ice cream with Eris and Aoi where Eris just casually eats from it while Aoi shyly takes a bite from Kanda's ice cream.

For Kio and Manami, they just have their own ice cream but eating not close to each other which cause Kanda just shakes his head when he suddenly glances at them before he continues feeding Aoi and Eris with the ice cream.

After spending some time at the park, they saw some swans floating around the lake where they decide to take a ride on a swan boat where they separate into two different boats.

As they rowing around the lake, Kanda can see that Kio complained to Manami when he had to row the boat which makes Manami use her fist to threaten him as they argue inside the boat before Kio suddenly falls into the lake due to the unstable boat's movement when they are arguing.

Next, they go to a lake-view restaurant where they sit around together and order some food on the menu before they start talking.

Kanda laughs as he says, "Hahaha, so, what happened before, Kio? I know that today's is hot but it's not a nice idea to take a dive into the lake."

Kio grumbles as he says, "It's Manami-chan's fault! We argue inside the boat where she suddenly hits me many times which makes me slip from the boat and fall into that lake."

"Hmph...that's what you get when you asking a frail girl to row the boat." Said Manami.

Kio rolls his eyes as he says, "Frail? Please Manami-chan...You're several times stronger compare to me, that's why I ask you to help me."

"WHAT?!!! So, you're saying that I'm a musclehead?!" Exclaimed Manami as her eyes furiously looking at Kio.

"No! You just had boyish look and look so strong. Am I right, Ichijou-san?" Denied Kio before he looks at Kanda.

Kanda denies as she says, "Of course not, Kio. You can see that Manami looks very ladylike where she seems full at some parts of her body. Moreover, that's you can own opinion, please that involves me to support your claim."

Looking at Manami as she looks proud from Kanda's praise, Kio points at Kanda and says, "Ichijou-san, I didn't know that you will betray your friend like this."

"Please, Kio. Where is it that you found that I had betrayed you. You just don't appreciate with what close to you." Said Kanda as he rolls his eyes.

Kanda ignores Kio before he looks at Eris and Aoi and says, "Eris, Aoi-chan, how's the date today? Do two of you have some fun today?"

"Of course, Kanda-san. It's so much fun for me as it's my first time going out with my friends other than the people from Catia." Replied Eris happily.

"It's wonderful, Ichijou-kun. I don't have time to visit this town due to my work before so I'm very thankful with today's date." Said Aoi as she smiles.

Kanda nods as he says, "That's good. Anyway, we can have another date in the future as long as you ask me as I can take you out anytime. Just don't be shy about that."

"Alright." Said Eris and Aou together.

The food that they had ordered before had arrived and they took a bite where they spending about an hour and a half before they going back home.

At the Mothership's command center where Melwin can be seen watching Kanda's date with Eris and Aoi at her monitor on her working desk. She can see all the activities that had happened during the date which she sometimes had a depressed look on her face when she saw Kanda sharing ice cream with Aoi and Eris. She closes her monitor later when their date had already finished and they went home.

Melwin sighs as she says, "Ah...why am I feel hurt when I see Kanda happily interact with Eris-san and Aoi-san? What is this feeling? Ichijou-san...please help me.:

Melwin just put her right hand on her heart before she clenches it as she stands up from her work desk and goes back into her room.

Back to Kio's house where Manami and Kio already back to their own room which left Aoi and Eris where they slowly had been escorted by Kanda to their room as their room is next to each other on the first floor. They stop Kanda immediately as they see that Kanda wants to go to his room.

"Please wait a while, Ichijou-kun. Me and Eris want to give you something as you're already accompanied us on a wonderful date today. We already have discussed with each other on what gift that suitable to give you for today's date.

Kanda shakes his head and says, "It's fine, Eris, Aoi-chan. I'm already really glad that I could spent some time with beautiful girls like you two. It's really a fantastic day for me today."

"It's also a fantastic day for us too, Kanda-san. Anyway, please receive our gift, Kanda-san." Said Eris as Eris and Aoi come closer to him

Kanda sighs as he says, "Fine...If two beautiful girls want to give me something, I need to receive it with honor. So, what is the gift?"

"Please close your eyes, Ichijou-kun." Said Aoi as she smiles mysteriously.

Kanda shrugged before he closes his eyes as their request before he suddenly feels a soft sensation on his right cheek first and on his left cheek after that.

He quickly opens his eyes and sees that Eris and Aoi have already entered their room while there is some blush on their face as the door is closed.

Kanda just stands there stunned before he rubs both sides of his cheek as he slowly going to his room.

"Well...It feels really good when they had kissed my cheek." Said Kanda after he washes himself up as he currently laying on the bed.

He slowly to fall asleep which he also start to dream where he had been surrounded by multiples girls and women where some of them are Eris and Aoi in that dreamland.
