5th Inning bottom.
"How are you feeling?", asked Miyuki.
"Great condition, you don't need to worry about me", said Rei.
Miyuki sighed and walked back to his position muttering, "Typical pitcher…Why do all pitchers say they're fine even if they are not?".
'I must stop them here and turn this around, if I don't then all the struggles would have been meaningless. Let's calm down and think…', thought Rei exhaling and inhaling on the mound preparing himself.
'Komadai Fujimaki and it's ace Masamune Hongo. They're obviously hard to beat. Currently, to resolve this predicament we need runs. Even if I strike out every single player on their team it would be meaningless if my team doesn't score. We must step up our batting…Seriously, those runs bug me. Coach why did you let this happen', thought Rei sighing frustratedly. The more he thought about Kataoka the more frustrated he got.

In Komadai Fujimaki's Dugout.
The relief pitcher had their mouth opened in surprise and even Masamune was surprised seeing Rei's pitching.
"A-are you sure he's a 1st year?", asked a player.
They were shocked seeing Rei strike each player out. It looked effortless to them.
In Seido's Dugout.
Everyone cheered when Rei came back to the dugout.
"I told you; I was fine!", said Rei.
"Cheeky brat", said Miyuki smiling. He was glad they were back on track.
"It doesn't matter if Rei shuts them out. We won't be able to turn this situation around if the batters can't score", said Chris.
"I GET IT. I'LL SCORE!", said Kuramochi. He was getting frustrated seeing how hard Tanba and Rei were trying on the mound, but he couldn't help them unless he scored.
"That's the spirit", said Rei smirking.
6th Inning, Top.
"Komadai Fujimaki has called for a pitcher change. Masamune Hongo for Midorikawa Kengo", announced the announcer.
This caused an uproar in the audience and in Seido's Dugout.
In Seido's Dugout.
"ARE THEY F****** SERIOUS!", yelled Jun. He was preparing to go bat against Masamune, but his hope was crushed since he will be facing the relief pitcher.
"But why a relief pitcher at this moment?", questioned Sawamura.
In Komadai Fujimaki's Dugout.
"Haa…I'm tired. It takes a lot of stamina to strike those batters out. Their batters are easy although 2-3 of them have good skills", commented Masamune.
Kouzou gave Masamune a death stare and said, "Kengo, your turn".
"HAII!", exclaimed Kengo as he walked off to the mound.
Back in the Field.
Jun came to bat. He was totally underestimating the relief pitcher. Because of that, he was struck out swinging at each pitch.
"Damn it…", said Jun walking back to the dugout.
Rei came to bat next. He was a little disappointed that he didn't get to face Masamune, but he had to focus on scoring and not wasting his at-bat.
Kengo knew Rei was the type of player you had to keep an eye out for.
Kengo pitched cautiously against Rei which turned against him since Rei hit the 1st pitch over the fence.
The last thing Kengo saw was Rei's smirk before Rei hit it over the fence. This put a dent in his conscience. Now he knew why their Coach warned them about Rei.

Seido's Dugout was cheering out loud with all their heart since they knew this one run meant a lot.
In Seido's Dugout.
'Why are you doing our job? Just be a good pitcher, you're supposed to rely on us for the runs', thought Kuramochi clenching his fist.
Ryosuke who saw Kuramochi's clenching fist tried calming him down even though he felt the same way as a batter.
Rei who came back from the home run was sitting on the bench smiling from ear to ear.
"I get that he just scored a home run…but what's with that creepy smile", whispered Sawamura.
Haruicchi laughed awkwardly hearing this.
Rei was smiling creepily because he just saw how many coins he has in his balance. He currently had 700 coins. Let me repeat that…it was 700 COINS! What amazed him was that he pitched for 1 inning and earned this many coins already. 'As expected of Koshien', he thought.
The reason he could earn this much was that each batter's worth was around 200-300 coins even if they weren't cleanup batters.
Back in the field.
"Seido will be using a pinch hitter, Kominato Haruichi", announced the announcer.
Haruichi came to the batter's box. His heart couldn't stop beating since he was shocked by getting this opportunity, especially during Koshien.
In Seido's Dugout.
"EHHHH…Coach why did you send Kominato we could have sent someone else", said Ota panicked.
"It's fine. If he can't perform well, we can just change him", said Kataoka.
Ota nodded still restless.
"HARUICHI! GOO! GOO! GOO!", cheered Sawamura.
Back in the Field.
Haruicchi who heard Sawamura's cheering blushed in the batter's box.
Seeing the blush on Haruicchi's face, the nearby catcher and the umpire chuckled.
Kengo pitched and Haruicchi let the first pitch pass analyzing it.
Haruicchi hit the 2nd pitch straight to the center field.
'How come he hit the ball…. but it was so close…', thought Renji surprised.
Haruicchi made it to the 1st base safely. He stood on the base, his face blushing.
Seido's players cheered him on.
Shirasu came to bat next. On the 2nd pitch, he pulled off a squeeze bunt making Haruicchi move up to the 2nd base.
"OOO! Laser Senpai strikes again!", yelled Sawamura from the dugout.
"SHUT UP!", exclaimed Kuramochi as he walked to the batter's box.
When Kuramochi was ready in his position, Kengo pitched.
'I can hit it...', thought Kuramochi seeing the ball almost making contact with his bat.
"STRIKE!", yelled the umpire.

Even though Rei tried his best and stopped Komadai Fujimaki from scoring, but Seido's offense couldn't score. Which resulted in them losing.
Seido High Vs. Komadai Fujimaki: 2-4.
Winning School: Komadai Fujimaki.
--------------------------------------
Seido players and their supporters couldn't believe what a monstrous team Komadai Fujimaki was. Even with a relief pitcher, they were able to strike out Seido's best batters. As expected of the best high school baseball team in the nation.
