Feelings

Lydia decided to take a walk along the dark corridor.. it is past midnight but she couldn't sleep. Axel finally removed the barrier from their room, and currently she's sleeping in her room with thana.. She was having nightmares again.. Seeing Marta covered in blood, her Mother being eaten by spirit beasts. She needs to cool her head. The cool bezee made it easy for her to relax her tense nerves, her coffee brown hair danced in the air. 'it been a long time..' she thought. She didn't realize she had walked so far until she heard a familiar voice. She haulted then looked around, to see where the voice was coming from.. Then the voice came again, but it was from the room opposite her.. and the voice..

She gasped when she realized who owned the voice..

Axel??

She walked closer to the room to hear what ever it is he's talking about. "So any updates??" she heard him ask.. "Not yet, but we've found a clue.." a female voice replied..

"Fine.. just lay low, and avoid any trouble." the disappointment evident in his voice.. "My Lord.. for how long will I lay low? am getting bored.." She said seductively. Lydia couldn't see their faces but she could see their silhouette. The lady had moved so close to him that her breast brushed his upper arm.. She clunched tight on her clothes as she watch the girl bring her face close to his and he didn't react. "seems I was wrong.." She scoffed then turned to leave..

Her aura was calm but her eyes didn't say so. her fist were moulded into tight balls that she could feel her nails digging into her Palm, but she cared less.. 'You're a fool to have believed him.' She heard a tiny voice in her head. "Just shut up."She hissed frustratedly..Her anger consumed her so much that she didn't realize she was heading the wrong way. Suddenly she felt someone drag her. Her heart raced so fast that she could hear it pumping.. "Am sorry princess." Zak bowed apologetically. Lydia sighed as she placed her hands to calm her racing heart.. "W..what are you doing here?" She asked after she has calmed down. "When I saw you earlier in the corridor i guessed you were taking a stroll, but then later I saw you heading back but you turned right instead of left so followed you.." he said with a straight face.. "It fine, just take me back.." She sighed as she rubbed her throbbing head..

Axel is already disappointed he still found nothing, and Eliza is making it worst with what she's doing.. "Eliza.." He called calmly.. he is trying his best to control his temper, she still has the gut to flirt with him after everything.. Although his voice was calm but his aura wasn't. Eliza got the message and composer her self. "Don't tell me you still have feelings for her.." She scoffed. "That's none of you're business.." He hissed then attempted to move but she hugged him from behind wrapping her hand around his waist.. "But..I love you, can't you see that.. she's just an annoying brat always causing trouble." He voice soft and shaky, and she rightened her grip around him. "Fuck.. Eliza.." He cursed then forcefully released her grip around him.

He has had enough,this bitch is really testing his patience.. He turned to her and she flinched. he gripped her jaw roughly, his black Jade orbs blazed with anger, and his aura she has never felt this chills she having right now ever before.."You are not any where close to her standards, so when next I hear you speak ill of her, I'll cut off that lousy tongue of yours." He growled then threw her face harshly. he looked down at her then spoke.. "Get the hell out of here, and don't ever let her see you're face.." He snarled then left..

"Lydia.." Eliza scoffed, her eyes gleamed with something dangerous, and a lop sided smile tugged on the side of her lips..

Axel walked straight to his study room. he needs to cool his brain.. He sat on his couch with a long sigh, then he opened his Palm and a bottle filled white liquid appeared. He opened the bottle gulping down every thing into his mouth in one go.. "Fuck.." he cursed then smashed the bottle on floor. his finger ran through his hair as he stood up and walked out.

He's loosing it.. different thoughts ran through his mind.. what if..what of she doesn't grow to love him again?.. These thoughts ran through his mind as he walked through the corridor, he suddenly stopped when he was in front of Lydia's room.. he just stared blankly at the door for some couple of seconds.. he sighed then turned to leave when he hard her scream."Arrrhhh!!!" He pushed the door rushing inside. He met thana seated on the bed and Lydia was sweating really hard, her breath was rapid as her chest fell and rise at each Breath she took.. "w.. what happened?" he asked worriedly as he placed his Palm on her forehead to see if she's running temperature. "Auntie are you alright?" Thana had the same worried expression.. Suddenly Lydia hugged Axel and started crying. Axel was shocked he was still, slowly his hands wrapped around her back and his hand guilded up and down trying to calm her down. her body trembled, and he could tell whatever she saw must be really terrifying.. "it alright, am here.." he wispered softly as rubbed her back ever so gently.. "Will auntie be alright?" Thana wispered to Axel.. "she will, go to sleep.." He assured her with a side smile. thana nodded then looked at Lydia's back before laying back to sleep..

After a while Lydia seem to have calm down, she only sniffed a little, and she seem to have slept. A disbelieving smile curved on his face, he hold on her tightened a little yet gently. he caress her back softly then slowly laid her. Her face was so red and swollen, he didn't realize when he softly pinched her reddened nose. he stood up to cover her body properly but he was held back.. She was holding his sleeve. it wasn't firm but it was enough to stop him from walking. He slowly sat down beside her using the free hand to cover her. He sat like that watching her peaceful face and hearing her steady breaths, when he was sure she was deeply asleep, he slowly removed her hand from his sleeve. After he had covered her to her shoulder length, he looked over at thana who was also sleeping peacefully and a smile plastered on her face, he looked back at Lydia staring at her face for a short while then left the room.
