Playing Gem Destroyer

Ray and Don were in the middle of an intense match in their favorite online game. The screen was filled with action as they battled against other players, trying to capture the enemy's gemstone. As they played, an alert popped up on the screen, "Double kill!" Don laughed as he took out another player with ease.

"Yo, this guy's a noob, hahaha," Don exclaimed, high-fiving Ray through the screen.

"Man, if only Xie yi was here, I swear having her would make carrying your ass so much easier," Ray replied with a chuckle.

"What do you mean? Are you saying I'm a feeder?" Don shouted in his microphone, pretending to be offended.

The two of them laughed as they continued to dominate the match, dodging enemy attacks and strategizing to capture the gemstone. It had been a while since Ray had done something casual and he was enjoying the moment.

After a few more rounds, 

Don said, "Hey, try texting Xie yi, see if she's online. I wanna play rank for real." 

Ray nodded and pulled out his phone. Typing quickly, he sent a message to Xie yi, "Yo, biker girl! Are you free for some Gem Destroyer?"

A few minutes passed before a response came through, "Losing so hard you guys need me? ;p" Ray chuckled as she replied, "Just give me five minutes, I'll be on." 

"Alright, dude," Don said excitedly. "Xie yi's joining us. Can't wait to reach Diamond this season, hahaha."

As they waited for Xie yi to join, Don couldn't resist teasing Ray, "Pffft, try not to hold us back, you feeder." Ray rolled his eyes good-naturedly, ready to show his skills and dominate the game with his friends by his side.

Next day in school

Fatima looked at Don and Xie yi, who were both slumped over their desks, looking as if they hadn't slept in days. 

She turned to Ray and asked, "What happened to them?" 

Ray replied with a chuckle, "Oh, we were playing Gem Destroyer last night and... things kind of dragged on past midnight. Haha." 

Fatima shook her head in amusement before turning to the still groaning Don and teasing, "How are you still so tired? Ray here is full of energy." 

Ray laughed, "I guess I'm just built differently, hahaha."

As the conversation continued, Fatima brought up the topic of the upcoming school festival, reminding everyone that it was only two weeks away. 

"Hey, when are you guys planning to buy the costumes for the school festival?" Xie yi asked.

Fatima suggested, "I was thinking we could go to Orchard Road today and check out the available costumes." 

Ray agreed, "Sure, I don't have much planned today, so let's do that. Are you two joining us?" 

But Don, still half asleep, groaned in response, "Noooooo, you two lovebirds can enjoy your date without me."

Fatima playfully rolling her eyes, "Whatever you say, Don but you 2 are still coming with us." 

" Awww i was looking forward to you 2 spending some alone time together and maybe end the day with a kiss " Don cheekily make a kissy face towards Ray to annoy him but Ray push his face away knowing he is just joking

The four of them then went to the train station together, with Don and Xie yi still looking a bit groggy from their late night gaming session. As they made their way to Orchard Road, Fatima and Ray chatted about the different costume options they could choose from for the school festival. Don and Xie yi mostly just listened and occasionally chimed in with their own thoughts.

When they arrived at the first costume store, they were greeted with a wide variety of costumes to choose from. Fatima immediately headed towards the princess costumes, while Ray browsed through the arabic style options. Don and Xie yi were more interested in the gaming characters section. As they looked through the different costumes, they couldn't help but laugh at some of the more ridiculous options.

As Xie yi emerged from the changing room wearing an orc costume, both Don and Fatima couldn't help but laugh. "Yooo check this out, I'm an orc!" Xie yi exclaimed, striking a pose.

Don shook his head, still chuckling. "If you weren't ugly before, you definitely are now, hahaha!"

Xie yi playfully rolled her eyes at Don's comment. "Pffff, you don't understand my true beauty. I bet Ray will appreciate it," she retorted with a grin.

As Ray and Fatima tried on different costumes, Xie yi and Don wandered around the store, checking out the various options. "Man, I can't believe we're doing this," Don said with a chuckle. "I never thought I'd be caught dead in a cosplay costume."

"Hey, we all have to make sacrifices for the school festival," Xie yi replied with a grin. "Besides, you never know, you might actually enjoy it."

As they continued to browse, Don couldn't help but tease Xie yi. "You know, if you're going for the orc look, you might want to consider hitting the gym a bit more."

Xie yi rolled her eyes playfully. "Ha ha, very funny. I'll have you know, I'm rocking this costume."

"Yeah, I'm sure you are," Don laughed. "But seriously, have you seen the way Ray looks at Fatima? I think she's got a shot at winning him over."

Xie yi shrugged. "I don't know about that. I think you're reading too much into it. But hey, let them figure it out for themselves."

After trying on a few different costumes, they finally made their decision. Fatima and Ray finally found a Jasmine and Aladdin costume, while Don and Xie yi chose to be characters from their favorite game. They were all excited for the school festival and couldn't wait to show off their costumes. As they walked back to the train station, they made plans for their next gaming session, promising to have an early night this time.
