Gotta win this bet

My name is Sheryn Angelica Lynn. My family was one of the top 5 wealthiest family in America and i am the only daughter of my falmily that make me the heiress of the family. I just woke up and i think i got a heart attack already. I just heard my dad's conversation with mom. How can dad arrange a marriage for me. I thought i told him already that i'll find someone i love and he agreed. I got so angry that i need to calm myself. I went to take a bath and dressed up then i went down.

"Morning mom morning dad" i said cheerfully as usual. Then i sat dowm at my spot.

" Morning too my love" answered mom

"Morning too my sweet daughter, come here dad wanted to tell you something" said dad. I then get closer to dad.

" So i have arrage a marriage for you sweetie" said dad " No way dad i don't wanna" i said "Come on sweetie, he's a nice man from a nice family" dad said again. "I told you already dad i don't wanna, i just want to find the someone myself" i said

"Dad if tou force me again i'm gonna ran away from home" i said as dad doesn't answer.

"Sheryn... you've grown up" said dad dramatically. Oh my did it work? Will dad finally forget about the arrage marriage?

"Okay then Sheryn, dad will respect your decision, then let us make a bet. If you could make a living by yourself for 3 years but you can't take money from our family and you can't use your family name, i will approve your decision and won't arrage your marriage again. But remember you gotta make 15 million US dollar within three years to win this bet. How about it? Sounds good to you?" said dad seriously.

"Fine then, i'll definitely win this bet and more again i will bring my mr.right home with me." i said then suddenly my things already packed up and has been put into my suutcase for me. This is too quick. Don't tell me this has been planned since the beginning. Urgh whatever i'll prove it to dad.

After an hour of walk, my feet is tired already. I then sit at a bench. Uh i kinda regret my dicision but i can't go back and beg dad. Fine then i think i'll just proceed as it goes on.

I then went to my apartment that i bought by myself and of course i bought it with my own money. I still can't belive that Dad really make this bet with me. Well i know that i haven't realky been introduced to the public but this is just to over. I wonder how my life will be this 3 years.

The morning came and i went to find a job that got a lot of wage. When i walj down the road, is saw a poster, 'Family maid needed' and my eyes almost got out when i saw the wage, $200000/ month. Wow if i got thos job then there's a chance i'll win the bet.

King's Mansion is the place where i'm going to work. Wow a lot of people indeed. Well who doesn't want to earn such a lot of money. But something's not right. I thought this place needed a maid but the people who gathered here is not people with money problem. If i'm not wrong that girl over there is the daughter of the minister of finance. She is wealthy indeed. Why be a maid? Hmm did i get a wrong place.

"Hello everybody, you may enter the mansion now" said a man from the inside.

"Umm excuse me, is this the right place ?" i show him the brochure i got.

"Yes it's the right place" replied the man.

Weird indeed. Then i go in and sat at a chair prepared. The first test is a written test. Mostly about education. Some passed but some don't. I passed of course. Then the second test is a cooking test. I cook well so i passed. Finally the third test. It's about manners. To my surprise, i passed it and i got the job. The young girls seem disappointed.

I am brought to see the young masters or so they called them. After i met the so called young masters, i then understand why a lot of people wanted to be their maid. They are the heir of the top 5 family in America and they are all good looking. It's only 3 of them though. And i know their names well.

"This is our maid? so ugly" said Kenneth, the heir of the Anderson family, Kenneth Degh Anderson

"Well at least she had potensial. She got the job after all" said Carlson, the heir of the Law family, Carlson Karry Law

"Here's the contract, sign it" said Jayden, the heir of the Xander family, Jayden Louie Xander

"What contract?" i ask "Three years work contract and the rules, read it yourself and sign it" said Jayden. I read rhem and sign it. Fyi, i dressed up like um.. not me. I tied my hair up like a bun, and wear glasses and than i add freckles on my face. And i change my name as Angelica, just Angelica.

"Ah, one more thing, you are going to school with us." said Jayden and i nodded.

"I'll go home first" i said and get going

"Where do tou thing tou are going?" said Kenneth "Uh home?" i said "You're living here, it's stated on the contract" he said "WHAT?" i said shocked and i read the contract again. There really is stated in there.

"Alright then, where's my room?" i asked. "Follow me" said Carlson and went to my room's direction i guess? When we finally got into my room, i then sat at the bed and lay down as Carlsom go out. The room is not like a usual maid room, it's big. But my own room is bigger.

Night time

I go down and make dinner for them, i make spagetthi. "Not bad aye" said Carlson "Of course i make it myself" i said proudly and they just eat as i don't say anything. As we're eating, my phone rang. It's dad. "Um excuse me i gotta take this call" i said excuses myself.

"Hi dad" i said "Hello sweetie how's your time?" "i'm doing great dad and i got a work already" "Oh, you got a work already? That's fast" "Of course i'm Sheryn after all heh" "Great that you're doing fine don't forget our promise" "Of course dad i gotta go first good night" "Night sweetheart"

"Who're you talking to Angelica you're taking so long" asked Kenneth as they sit at the living room. Uh am i talking on the phone for so long that they have finished their dinner.

"Just a friend of mine" i lied to them

The next day come so quickly. I wake up and wear my new scho uniform and go to school with them. As we got to school tjere are a lot of girls garthered arpund us. I can guess that these three really have a lot of fans. And what happen to me? You know already just like usual they all hate me for being close to them.

How will my school life be from now on??
